In the heart of Branson & the 76 Strip. Located off an alternate route, which helps you to avoid traffic. Only 4 steps down from the sidewalk to the front door. No view off the back porch, but nice and quiet. You are a small walk to the pool, or mini golf and restaurants. Relax pool side or enjoy the lights of Christmas. Half mile to the main 76 Strip, 2 miles to Ball Parks of America, 6 mi to Silver Dollar City or 4 mi to the Branson Landing & convention hall. Endless fun in every direction.

We all enjoyed our stay here. Everything was spotless. We loved the little special touches throughout. The beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed sitting out on the patio. Jonathan and Jennifer were readily available to answer any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this lovely condo.

It was really nice to have a Keurig coffee pot and it was wonderful to have 2 bedrooms with king beds. The condo was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Would definitely consider staying here again!

The property was nice, good location, well furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. It was nice that the coffee, paper towels, toilet paper that was provided was enough to last for our entire stay. We enjoyed the property and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent!!

Stayed 2 nights. Condo was very clean and comfortable. We were able to just relax and enjoy our time in Branson with our friends. Would definitely stay here again. Host was prompt in responding to any questions I had.

Clean and centrally located.

Everything was perfect. We really did not know what to expect, but our expectations were met. It was clean and every detail was thought of. It was so much nicer than a hotel for our family! Location was close to everything. We would recommend this condo to anyone.

Home Away from Hone

This was our second visit to the Cozy Condo in Branson, MO. Everything was easy from making the reservation, keeping us informed along the way, and the check-in through the check-out process 4 days later. The condo was clean and well-kept. We could tell the owners and maintenance staff were hard workers and made great efforts to make the condo a home away from home.

Perfect stay

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay each time. The unit is clean and comfortable and well stocked. It is also convenient to the strip but quiet. We definitely love this one and highly recommend.

Beautiful condo.

Very nice area and close to the “strip” but far enough away to avoid the traffic. Hosts were wonderful about communicating with us. Definitely a 5 star.

Great Property

This is a great property. The condo was very clean and convenient. The hosts were very attentive and quick to answer questions. We enjoyed it so much we were able to extend our visit one more day. I will definitely be renting this condo again.

Great place to stay right off the strip. Very clean with great amenities. Hosts were very responsive and allowed early check in. Will definitely stay here again!

Poor neighbors

Someone parked in our assigned parking so we parked in the last spot available. At 1:20 in the morning the person that owned #3 knocked on our door. They told our owner is was because we were parked in there spot. They should have talked to all 3 tenants in the daytime about there issues instead of knocking on our door two morning in a roll.

I grew up Dreaming and hope to never stop. As a young child, my family didn’t have much in the way of material things, but they made up for it in love, time and Dreams. Summers were spent exploring the country with our loved ones. In my early years, all of our extended family (great-grandparents included) would gather together and camp out on the family farm. As time went on, my family started exploring more on our own. Grandma would find a location and book a vacation rental. This time together created the best memories and stories of my childhood. A passion for travel and adventure was born during these trips.

Fast forward to college, this passion was further fueled with multiple trips with different student organizations. Senior year, the university decided to offer a 10-day trip to Europe as an alternative to the international business class. Of course I decided to sign up and see what this adventure would hold. Those 10 days ended up turning into the adventure of a lifetime… There were several of us on the trip but little did I know that the love of my life was on the trip. Jennifer had the same classes I did during the Spring semester and a friendship developed. However, Paris worked its magic on us and we started dating on the highest hilltop overlooking Paris and the Eiffel Tower. We often laugh that it took us going halfway around the world to see what was right in front of us. The greatest Dream and adventure of our life started.

As it happens to almost everyone at some point; marriage, children, and careers took over the focus of our lives. Dreams started simmering away on the back burner, but prayers for change in careers and renewed happiness brought us to where we are today. Dreams are on full boil again as we are building comfortable homes where you can unwind and focus on building memories with those you love. We welcome you to Dream with us and get back to what matters most to you.
