This 1,000 Sq. ft. cozy home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and is centrally located in the city in a really quiet neighborhood, Actually, its less than one block away (within walking distance) from the Truth or Consequences City Golf Course, about four miles to Elephant Butte Lake State Park, and also less than a mile away from downtown T or C, where you'll find the Hot Springs, Museum, Art Galleries, and shopping.

You'll find a beautiful private back patio area with a chiminea fireplace, natural gas BBQ, and fenced in back yard. The laundry room is attached to the back patio for you to use and we're sure you will enjoy the grapevines & pecan trees on the property as well.

If you travel with your pet(s), we have a small dish for food and water and there is a doggy door from the dining room to the back patio for your convenience. And a covered carport and plenty of parking out front for your vehicles & toys.

Very comfortable home

We really enjoyed staying here. Nice big, clean kitchen. Comfortable bed in primary bedroom. Very nice covered outdoor space in backyard. Everything worked well and the owner was very responsive.

Wonderful little spot. Electrical wiring seemed a bit outdated, as I had a difficult time charging my electronics. But perhaps that was an outflow of the crazy windstorms that week.Super clean. Amazing back patio.
