What a great place to stay! Being right by the river was next level. We can’t wait to come back and stay again. The host was super accommodating. When the coffee maker broke, she had a new one delivered right away. We so appreciate her quick responses.

This is a beautiful home with many nice little extras that you don’t normally see. Rooms were spread out for privacy, yet the common areas were excellent for hanging out and enjoying each others company. Backyard was amazing! Everything was clean and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Amazing home

An absolute paradise next to the river very back yard oasis! Very clean home and Host was a 10 meeting our needs! Most definitely recommend everyone to visit and stay in this place!

Visiting family from Austria and we are from Albuquerque and have family living at Elephant Butte.

Kitchen was great, once we found everything we needed. We cooked our meals for the whole weekend.

Perfect for a relaxing river weekend

The house set up was perfect for our family. There's plenty of space inside and out for just cooking, fishing and relaxing. Everyone enjoyed it! The host was great, too!

The home is very lovely and in a beautiful location. The backyard was by far the best part, being right on the river with lots of wildlife around. The beds were more comfortable than most rental homes, which was a big plus. The only downside was having to carry a key around, as the electronic lock was not setup. We did a lot of hiking in the area and I was worried i was going to lose the key to the home. Overall, a great place to stay.

Amazing Riverfront Home

The home is an absolute gem and needs to be treasured! We floated the river directly off the property, spent the entire weekend on the lawn, and enjoyed the spacious kitchen, bedroom, and beautiful views. We all agreed that we need to spend at least one weekend there every summer!

Amazing!

The pictures don’t do this home justice! It was so much more than we expected and the river view is breathtaking. Our family enjoyed spending quality time in the beautiful backyard. Will definitely recommend to all of our friends and family.
