Discover this delightful 3-bedroom gem in T or C. This house features 2 king beds, 1 sofa bed, and 1 queen bed, perfect for families or groups of friends. With 3 bathrooms including a jetted bathtub, you'll feel pampered during your stay. Enjoy amenities like AC, Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer for convenience. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in T or C. This stunning home is right on the Rio Grande River and the backyard is the highlight of the home. Enjoy the beautiful river right out the back door. The river runs full in the spring/summer, and you can raft from the Elephant Butte Dam right to the house! Swimming in the river is not recommended. And during the fall/winter months enjoy the abundance of wildlife that the river draws right to you. Birds, deer, coyotes, etc.... Furthermore, this home is 3 minutes to the world-famous hot springs, 5 minutes to all the amenities in town, and 10 minutes from Elephant Butte Lake. Well behaved pets are welcomed. Our home has multiple sets of stairs, both inside and outside the property. Guests with young children, limited mobility, or special needs may find some areas challenging to access. For safety and comfort, we recommend that families with toddlers or individuals with accessibility concerns review the listing photos and reach out with any questions before booking.

This is a beautiful home with many nice little extras that you don’t normally see. Rooms were spread out for privacy, yet the common areas were excellent for hanging out and enjoying each others company. Backyard was amazing! Everything was clean and we very much enjoyed our stay.

The home is very lovely and in a beautiful location. The backyard was by far the best part, being right on the river with lots of wildlife around. The beds were more comfortable than most rental homes, which was a big plus. The only downside was having to carry a key around, as the electronic lock was not setup. We did a lot of hiking in the area and I was worried i was going to lose the key to the home. Overall, a great place to stay.

Amazing Riverfront Home

The home is an absolute gem and needs to be treasured! We floated the river directly off the property, spent the entire weekend on the lawn, and enjoyed the spacious kitchen, bedroom, and beautiful views. We all agreed that we need to spend at least one weekend there every summer!

Absolutely incredible weekend! We had the most amazing time staying at this beautiful home right on the river. It was the perfect getaway for our entire family and grandkids — peaceful, scenic, and full of unforgettable moments. The house was immaculate, spacious, and had everything we needed. Oasis in TorC

This place was a little slice of heaven. With the sounds of birds calling you every morning this place was so peaceful to sit in comfort outside while enjoying the view of the wilderness. We loved it! Highly recommend! You are close to Elephant Butte and Caballo Lake. We went to a Donkey refuse and enjoyed the town of TorC. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home.

All the amendments of home.

The house was great. My son fished in the river, he saw fish but had no luck catching them. It’s a short drive to the lake and to town to eat or stop at Walmart. We had forgotten our “comfort of home in the kitchen bag”. But we were pleasantly surprised that the house had everything we needed that we left behind in the bag. We had to stay in one day because of high winds and we played games and enjoyed the house. I would recommend this property.
