Approximately 1.6 miles from Augusta National, less than 3 miles from Augusta Mall, less than 5 miles from downtown medical district , 10 -15 minutes from Fort Gordon and access to all major highways in an out of Augusta. Both bedrooms are upstairs and each has their own full bathroom. Washer and Dryer are also up. 60 TV in living rooms and 42" TV's in both bedrooms. Cable, High Speed Wifi, electric and water are included.

This rental is set up as a corporate apartment, perfect for long term business travel or short-term vacation. Unit is complete with all utensils, bedding, linens and towels.

Fantastic property and management team!

The property is as listed. In the back of a quiet neighborhood and so peaceful. Absolutely enjoyed the stay here. The property manager (Amy) is absolutely amazing. Fantastic communication, very accommodating and quick to reply. I highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area
