I selected this property because it was close to Augusta National where we were attending the Women's Amateur tournament. It was a great property with very clean and spacious rooms. The price was very reasonable, and was much better than staying in a hotel. I would highly recommend this property.

We came into Augusta to visit someone at Fort Gordon and this place was very clean, convenient and comfortable. It provided everything we needed and the communication with the owner/manager was top notch. My daughters have never stayed in an apartment and you could hear the people walking above at times, but that is to be expected and it wasn't a problem (just a new experience for them).

Clean, spacious unit in a developing area that is still quieter but with close access to I-20 and Atlanta attractions. A new Kroger is opening up across the street which should make shopping for groceries/gas very convenient. Kitchen has minimal cookware and utensils for meals in, so not for master chefs. Really nice to have 2 king beds and 2 full bathrooms for adult travelers.

An amazing place to stay…we enjoyed our short visit to Augusta and could not have found a better place to stay. Our oldest daughter got married and we had so much to do but this was so comfortable and convenient. Tim reached out a couple of times and fortunately we did not anything from him. I forgot my hairspray, so I ran over to the dollar store. It is right in front of the complex. I could not be any happier. Thank you Tim.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Little bonuses like pool towels, coffee pods, dish soap etc. were all great touches! The host was great!! Responded super fast and did not require special cleanup like washing towels!! Bonus!! Pros: -Safe -Clean -Great host -No extra work! To consider, based on personal preference: -Depending on what you are doing, you’ll need to drive at least 15-20 min (wasn’t an issue for us) -It’s an apartment so you have shared walls, could hear neighbor walking around (again not an issue for us, just to consider if you are a light sleeper) Great option if you are traveling for business or pleasure!

Disappointed with the property

My review for others that are interested in this property. I did a walk threw immediately checking into the property. Found that the guest bathroom was clog with water and didn’t drain. And on top of that that tub was completely nasty and dirty. It was a huge inconvenience for me because we truly needed two bathrooms and ended up using one for all of us who stayed. It took the owner of the property more then 24 hours to respond to that water, being clogged and having a maintenance more than 24 hours to come and fix it. The matter bedroom had fake eyelashes on one of the nightstands, as well as a pantyhose on the floor by the nightstand from a previous visitor that stayed on the property. This is a second floor apartment that you are between to others. The people on the third floor where extremely loud between the hours of midnight and 3 AM, that was a huge inconvenience prior to our sleeping. All I can say is good luck on your stay! "A Perfect Retreat: A 5-Star Vrbo Experience in Augusta"

I had the pleasure of staying at Tim’s place in Augusta, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! This property is definitely worthy of a 5-star review. First and foremost, the comfort level of the accommodation was exceptional. The beds were incredibly cozy, providing a restful night's sleep after completing a Ironman race. The furniture was not only stylish but also very comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Cleanliness is something that I highly value, and this Vrbo exceeded my expectations in that regard. The entire property was spotless, from the bedrooms to the bathrooms and even the kitchen. It was evident that great care had been taken to ensure a pristine environment for guests. One of the standout features of this Vrbo was its spaciousness. The living areas were roomy and well-designed, allowing for easy movement and a sense of openness. There was ample space for everyone to enjoy without feeling cramped. Additionally, the property was equipped with all the necessary amenities to make our stay convenient and enjoyable. The kitchen had modern appliances and was fully stocked, making it easy for us to prepare meals. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the entertainment options provided were a great way to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Lastly, I would like to commend Tim for his exceptional hospitality. They were prompt in his response and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our units. Only natural cleaning products are used in this 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment.

The last thing you need to worry about while traveling is whether or not the place where you are sleeping is clean, or whether or not the cleaning products will trigger your allergies.

In addition to a clean space, the kitchen is fully stocked with:
- cookware
- toaster
- blender
- spice rack

Of course, there is a Keurig machine with coffee pods and mugs so you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee on us.

The bathroom is stocked with:
- towels for showers
- towels for the community pool
- makeup cloths
- soap
- shampoo
- a ton of toilet paper

What makes this property unique

Apartment complex with open access (not gated). This community has a lot of military and is very safe. It is located right off Gordon Highway, directly outside gate 1 of Ft. Gordon, and close to the freeway exit for I-20.
