Hiking, boating, fishing, biking and 4x4 trails are within minutes. Utah State University (USU) is a few blocks from the door. Close to hot springs.
Excellent one-level space with four comfortable bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms have queen beds. One bedroom has twin beds. There is a roll-away bed that can be used in the living area to allow 10 people in beds. There is a second full bath that is available for all guests.
Large kitchen with full electric range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. The kitchen includes a large island with four stools. The dining area has a large dining table that will seat 10 people. A separate laundry room is off the kitchen with washer and dryer (roll-away bed is also stored here.).
A two-car garage is available to guests.
A patio with a table and grill is also available for guests to use and enjoy evenings and mornings at the residence.
Wi-fi is available for our guests.
Our guests have access to the entire main level of the home including a patio with table and chairs and a BBQ grill.
Established neighborhood that is close to shopping and restaurants. Within walking distance to restaurants, parks, salons and entertainment.
Logan is easy to get around. Driving to theaters, malls and big box shopping is easy and plenty of parking. The university is just 5 minutes away and has plenty of parking in the area for events and museums.
Logan does have a public transit bus system. That runs throughout the day with more limited routes on Sunday. Welcome!

- Parking for our guests is reserved in the garage (West Side) and in the driveway (West Side). Room for four vehicles. Parking is not allowed on the street in front of the house any time of the year (per city ordinance). No on-street parking during winter months (November 15th through March 15th).
- No open flames inside the house.
- No smoking inside the home, or within 25 feet of the residence. No vaping inside the home.
- Upon leaving, place dishes in dishwasher and start the dishwasher.
- Upon leaving, place dirty towels, dish rags, pillow cases in the washer and start the wash cycle.
- Check to make sure stove, oven, and BBQ Grill is turned off.
- Lock all doors and windows of the home before you leave.
Note: Parking on the East Side of the home is reserved for residents of adjoining apartment.
