*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*The apartment is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

Overall the condo needed alot of work and whoever cleaned the condo before our arrival don't do a good job. Access to the beach was really good. And there was bugs.:(

Pool was very dingy and needed to be cleaned badly. Room was okay, there was what appeared to be mud or something smeared on the shower curtain. Didn’t like that there was no ice machine. Overall the stay was okay.

Even in peak beach season, this place is great for couples or a small family. Small condo complex. 5 stories, so no waiting on the elevator. Not overly crowded. Beach itself was busy but the property is a perfect no-frills getaway with an ocean view. North Myrtle is probably also generally less pricey than Myrtle since Myrtle attracts tourists from all over the place. Check in was easy. The property was quiet and there’s plenty of things to do all along highway 17, which is one block away.

Property can use some updates and maintenance. Great beach access and view. Floors were really sandy and kitchen chairs also. Silverware in the drawers were dirty. Three TVs in the condo and only one worked for first two days. TVs were old and couldn’t stream programs. Condo was right size for two people. Any more would have been crowded. It really is distracting from vacation to constantly message the host.

I do want to clarify that every concern reported during your stay was addressed as quickly as possible. When the cleanliness issues were brought to my attention, I promptly sent the cleaning team back to the property. When the TV issues were reported, I also arranged for maintenance to come and resolve them. I always strive to respond quickly and take immediate action whenever guests notify me of a concern. While I understand that messaging during a vacation is not ideal, I appreciate that you reached out because it gave me the opportunity to address the issues rather than leaving them unresolved. Thank you again for your feedback. I’m always looking for ways to improve the guest experience and appreciate you recognizing my responsiveness throughout your stay.

Very clean and comfortable place. Would put a chair or luggage stand in the master and a grab bar in master bath. Really enjoyed the closeness of the beach and having coffee on the balcony.

First impression is a dirty mat in front of door, kitchen needs help, at least upgrade all kitchen ware, bed is uncomfortable with a pillow top, not real clean in bathroom, balcony looks like it has not been cleaned ever, no windows in bedrooms and not even a fan in second bedroom.

The condo is represented accurately in the listing photos, including the layout, bedrooms, balcony, and furnishings. The second bedroom does not have a window, which is visible in the listing photos, and the amenities provided are also accurately described before booking. Mattress comfort is also very much a personal preference and can vary significantly from guest to guest. That said, I do appreciate the feedback and will review the items mentioned, including the kitchenware, bathroom, and balcony, to ensure everything is in the best condition possible for future guests. This place wasn't too bad at all. Just the right amount of space. It was a very cozy stay. I saw reviews about the beds not being comfortable but I thought they were pretty comfy myself. It's got everything you would want with a beautiful view. I would highly recommend this place, especially for the price. You just can't beat it.

Quick getaway

Place was nice. A little musty smell, nothing bad. Unit was clean. Balcony able to fit 2 people. Easy access to the beach, along with public access. Parking was across the street. Very quiet neighborhood. Barefoot Landings, Restaurants and Souvenir shops within walking distance.
