We had our family reunion and it was perfect for our family. The weather was perfect for the kids to play outside. The kids had a blast with the outdoor play area and the slide in their room. The trip was fun for everyone from grandparents to our two year old. Everyone enjoyed their time. Would recommend for other families.

What a great home! We had ages 4-79 staying at the same place and there was something for everyone. The bunk room was a hit with the kids! The house is well stocked and very comfortable with plenty of seating inside and outdoors. The host is great with communication. Check in was a breeze and all instructions were so clear and easy to follow. We would love to stay again next time we are in the area.

amazing house perfect for our family w playground, indoor slide and bunks for children. Location was near kayaking, kid’s train, hiking and pizza. Back deck had ample space with grill, hot tub, plenty of seating and TV. dream house!

the house was very nice and cleaned inside. it was very secluded with no neighbors in eyesight. the only thing a storm knocked over a dead tree across the driveway but cannot help mother nature.

Great stay!

Everything was great! Booking was super last minute because of problems at another cabin not related to this company but they got us in with no problems and very fast! The cabin was roomy and comfortable for my whole family.

Family Vacation at So Much Fawn

The house is very well arranged with an open kitchen, dining and living area, three bedrooms with private bathrooms. The master shower was awesome! The bunk room, with a full bath next it, had a fun slide which was a big hit! The huge back porch with hot tub, games, tv, seating areas and Blackstone grill were all very user friendly. Our grandson had lots of fun on the playground equipment. I’d definitely recommend So Much Fawn! We did see several deer out back

New Years Celebration

We had 6 adults and 10 kids stay at So Much Fawn and it was great! House is awesome, clean, and so fun for the kids! Would definitely book this property again!

So Much Fawn

This cabin was so cozy and perfect! Walking in was so warm. There were Christmas wreaths on the door and a Christmas tree already lit and up with soft jazz playing on the TV with a Christmas theme. It truly got us into the woodsy comfy spirit of family. The kids loved the bunk game room. Definitely a hit! The back porch was massive and all the things to do for the kids and adults alike were just perfect! We shared Thanksgiving dinner there and the long table was also Perfect! Definitely recommend! The spot was in the dark dark woods and the stars could be seen to eternity!!!

Best yet!

This was our fourth year visiting Hochatown. This house was the best, most practical house yet. All on one story no upstairs, and every room having their own door outside was great! The four kids we had ranging from 5-10 were so entertained with all the stuff in their room, that they did not even play with any of the toys we brought. There is plenty of room to park and turn around our boat. They graded the road to the house this week, and is so much better than many of the roads up further north towards Hochatown. The house fit all our needs and was fully stocked. We do not see a need to look for any other house in our future stays.

The kids bunk room makes this place! Also it being one story was incredible for little ones so you dont have to worry about stairs or anything. Super quick response time if any needs arise as well!

Winter stay

Our stay at Just for fawn was really special. The cabin is full of great family friendly amenities and the best part is the kids bunk room that features a slide. We made fires and played in the hot tub to stay warm. The fireplace in the living room is awesome, it warms up the whole cabin. We also enjoyed exploring the woods around the back of the cabin. Also, the Blackstone grill on the patio was a life saver. Overall great stay.

This cabin is so beautiful and fun! The kids loved the bunk room and the slide provided countless hours of enjoyment. Outdoors is full of activities - cornhole, foosball, a mini putting green, fire pit, playground, and the list goes on. Great location!

AMAZING Stay!!!

Our family vacations in Broken Bow every year and this is hands down one of the BEST properties we have stayed!! It met everyone in my families needs and wants. Our communication with the property owner was the BEST! My niece and nephew's absolutely loved the bunk room and all the games/activities the house offers. Highly recommend to anyone!

Amazing DFW Getaway
