The house is amazing! There’s so much to do with a group but also plenty of space to be by yourself. Everything was clean and working well. Couldn’t have asked for a better Vrbo. I’m recommending this place to anyone I know who’s going to Broken Bow.

Regal raccoon was the perfect house for our family vacation. All the extras (soap, coffee, cleaning supplies, toilet paper and paper towel) were very much appreciated!!The rooms were spacious and the kitchen well stocked with dishes, glasses and pots. The game room upstairs was a hit with the kids. Also the fire pit and hot tub were used nightly. And then there’s the golf simulator…..perfect MAN CAVE. Even the days the weather was bad, there was plenty to keep everyone occupied at home. It was a great price for a whole lot of entertainment! Also Eric was an amazing host and answered any questions almost immediately. I would recommend this house for families or couples getting away.

The property was in a beautiful place and close to town. It had plenty of space for a large family group and plenty of entertainment and amenities for everyone. Would definitely recommend for a large group visiting Broken Bow.

Spring break getaway! The regal racoon was a great spot for our family of 8 to relax during our most recent trip to the Broken Bow area.It’s situated in the middle of Hochatown and Broken Bow so the attractions in each location were easily accessible. The kids enjoyed all the spaces to hang out and there was plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen was fairly stocked with the cookware and utensils needed to make breakfast every morning. If you have any golfers, they will love the golf simulator. My only suggestions would be that having access to a closet in the master or at least a hanging rack would have really helped us and also a trash can in the master bedroom would have been nice. Be sure and bring extra trash bags and paper towels if you’re staying very long and planning to cook!

We specifically chose this place for the golf simulator and it was definitely a hit!! The hot tub, shuffle board, along with many other games at the house were extras we also got to enjoy. Plenty of dishes as well to make meals on location, we only brought an outdoor deep fryer, but everything else the house had about everything we needed. I forgot my crockpot and thankfully they had one available! This trip was all adults, but we all have kiddos and agreed it's definitely kid friendly and enjoyable as well. Several of our party said that these were the most comfortable beds they had ever slept on. We only had one major outing planned & stayed at the property the rest of the time and even with the whole weekend, it was not enough time to do everything the house had to offer. We really enjoyed our time here & by the end of our stay, we were all wishing we had booked it for a full week!! We are already making plans to return, we absolutely loved it!!
