This coastal gem is great for beach walks, the sea is just 2 minutes away.

Close to local pubs, our famous Oyster restaurants and the village.

A spacious, beach house owned by a family of watersports' lovers with off street parking for 2 cars.

Extended families can congregate in the generous kitchen, the large south facing lounge. Or better yet in the hot tub overlooking the garden.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at the property. The house was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The hot tub was an added bonus and was spotlessly clean. Very spacious kitchen and sitting room and having the extra outside table space was a bonus.The location was very quiet, and ideal for walks or just sitting looking at the view.The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms had excellent showers with plenty of hot water.

Everything was as stated in details. The host was there and took us on a brief tour etc but also sent a voice message. It was clean and a well presented property. The garden was well maintained and pet friendly. The host was quick to point out if there were any problems please get in touch straight away, so it can be fixed if need be.

Family Get Together

I couldn't fault this beautiful spacious home. It had everything we needed for the perfect family get away, and the playroom and trampoline in the garden got a big thumbs up from my grandchildren. The location was great for exploring everything that West Mersea has to offer, especially the seafood! Everyone went away feeling totally relaxed! One big thumbs up for me, was that John the owner greeted me at the property in person to show me how everything worked!
