Max 2 pets, must be approved in advance along with signed pet agreement. Maximum two pets allowed and must be disclosed and approved in advance.

This house has really impressed my family. It’s clean. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. It feels like a high end hotel. The supplies are plenty. Kitchen wears are very nice. This property was beautiful and exactly what our family needed for a weekend getaway. Timothy really thought of everything in all the perks of this rental, including a coffee bar that impressed my barista daughter. Kayaking down the canal was so much fun and I appreciated the step by step instructions since it was my first time. Everything was clean and comfortable and entertaining for our multi-generational party. My dad loved listening to the old records on the record player…another perk!Timothy was very communicative and answered any questions we had quickly and thoroughly. He was an excellent host and house was everything we hoped for.

House was amazing. It’s was clean, quiet, spacious, and comfortable. The host thought of providing every creature comfort, from a well stocked coffee/tea bar to full bathing amenities. Outside is a quiet, large, beautiful patio overlooking a canal with snowy egrets to greet guests. There’s a huge playground across the street for families to enjoy.

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious and gracious house--a perfect place to relax, and also a great base from which to explore Marin County. There were three of us, but the house could easily accommodate 6 or more guests (though be aware that every guest beyond two incurs an extra fee). Everything was immaculately clean, comfortable, and welcoming; the patio and dock overlooking the lagoon made the house seem far away from the congestion of downtown San Rafael. We especially appreciated being able to bring our son's dog with us. Communication with the owner was quick and clear.

Well appointed home, with lots of welcoming extras. Rooms are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Being on the water is beautiful, made better by the lovely sitting areas on the gorgeous deck. Easy access to so many wonderful places. We'd certainly stay there again if we are in the area.

The location and layout of this property work very well. The adjacency to the waterway is lovely, and the outdoor deck and main living room make for great family gathering spaces.Unfortunately, there were several negatives that we did not expect. The house could really use some decluttering and a more thorough cleaning. The main areas were clean, but many of the nooks, surfaces, and extra items throughout the house felt dusty and cluttered. Both toilets had not been properly cleaned, which seems like a basic expectation. Some ants were present in the kitchen due to some crumbs that hadn't been cleaned out properly.The biggest issue for us was an unpleasant smell throughout the house—something like an old motel. It is hard to describe exactly, but you know it when you smell it. I don't consider myself overly picky or difficult, but I am sensitive to dust and odors, and we seriously considered leaving early. After a few days of airing out the house, the smell mostly faded.The property managers were prompt to help us get into the property when we had trouble opening the door, but when we contacted them about the cleanliness issues and asking for an early leave, they never responded.
