This is a unique experience in beautiful Sausalito floating liveaboard boat. Enjoy a seaside adventure and wake up to the serene, panoramic views from your large deck overlooking the bay with breathtaking views of the sunset. Slip straight into a kayak or paddleboard and greet the friendly harbor seals.

Steps away from fabulous restaurants, fun bars, live music, historic downtown Sausalito, boutiques, shopping, free outdoor events throughout the year, waterfront parks, and the ferry to San Francisco.

Stay aboard this well kept, 2-bedroom boat featuring a rear cabin with 1 queen bed and a front cabin with 2 twin beds that will each comfortably sleep an adult. It is perfect for a cozy getaway. Guests can relax and unwind in comfort. The heating ensures a comfortable stay no matter the weather and in Sausalito, the sea breeze in the afternoon, ensures that the weather is never so hot that you need an air conditioner.

We really liked staying on this boat. Everything was perfect. Except, the nice sitting area that is featured on the VRBO listing could not be used. All seat cushions were soaking wet. 2 days were too short to dry them out in the sun.

The view was amazing and felt so relaxed while we were there. It didn't swing much even with strong wind. Everything was organized harmoniously. Also the host was very nice and communication was easy. We would love to stay again.

Well-appointed comfortable yacht with two (!) bathrooms. We were first-timers for an overnight boat experience and the Alameda Star was a delight. Host Kimberly provided detailed helpful information about the yacht, as well as local recommendations for restaurants, spas for massage and logistics for walking the Golden Gate Bridge. Awesome views of the water from the yacht’s deck. The yacht’s harbor slip has not dock or ships behind it, so fantastic lights, hills and sea birds on view for relaxing while on deck.

The host was extremely welcoming and accommodating! My husband and I had a wonderful wonderful experience staying on the boat for 2 nights. The bed is comfortable and the shower is hot - as minimum requirements. But this stay offers so SO much more! A serene and relaxing “deck” overlooking the bay and the beautiful skyline. Incredibly convenient location to anything you want on Sausalito. Highly recommend this stay and this host!

What a delightful experience! This is by far the best rental I've ever booked. The boat was spacious, gorgeous, clean. Location was perfect, communication a breeze. And TWO bathrooms to boot! I wish I had stayed longer than three nights. HIGHLY recommend.
