This pleasant apartment is a perfect fit if you are looking to stay close to the beach and enjoy a great neighborhood with supermarket, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Wonderfully located in a complex surrounded by trees, peaceful environment and a 150 meters (490 ft) walk to the beach.

DISCLAIMER - PLEASE NOTE – SARGASSUM SEAWEED SEASON (TYPICALLY JUNE TO AUGUST, BUT MAY VARY):

During June through August, the beaches in our region may experience the presence of Sargassum seaweed, a naturally occurring type of algae that floats on ocean currents. This is a seasonal phenomenon influenced by weather and ocean conditions, and the amount of seaweed can vary daily.

While we do our best to maintain the beachfront, the presence of Sargassum can temporarily affect the appearance and swimming conditions of the beach. Please understand that this is a natural occurrence and is outside of our control.

If you're looking for a beach experience with clearer waters during this time, I’d be happy to recommend nearby beaches that are typically not affected by Sargassum due to natural rock formations or protective bays that act as natural barriers.

Cozy apartment in the perfect location!

Perfect for 2, close to the beach and fantastic breakfast and evening meal restaurants right next door! The area is safe and the people sooooo friendly! Darleny was a dream to communicate with and we can’t wait to go back!

Small but perfect for 1-2 people

I was just by myself for this 10 day trip so this property was perfect for me. Very close to the beach. Very well maintained. Loved the outdoor kitchen. The host was extremely nice, very responsive and helped with any questions I had. I will stay here again.

A small condo that is very appreciable.

A very nice stay. Leaving aside the noise caused by the repairs to the complex's restaurant and pizzera (out of the landlord's control), living 1 month in a "tree house" was an exceptional experience for me: waking up with the birds, the trees as a décor, cooking/eating on the balcony on the 3rd floor large bedroom with lots of storage modern bathroom, clean.... Very near the beach and grocery….My host, Mrs. Darleny Lopez, very polite, respectful, available, smiling, listens to her. I recommend the place...
