Quaint yet spacious 1 bedroom ( total space sleeps 3-4) with lots of amenties. Off street parking & private Suite entrance. Minutes from Downtown SB, Restaurants, Shopping, College Campuses and more! Also located near attractions like The Morris Civic Theater and Four Winds Field. Other Amenities include: StreamingTV, WiFi access, cards/board games, patio with fire pit, flower friendly atmosphere, smoking is permitted outside.

Wife and I enjoyed our 2 Night Stay! Cozy, quiet and Clean place to stay if you are ever in town for the weekend/week! Very close to pretty much everything in South Bend! Host was very nice and helpful thru our 2 Night Stay! Thank you so much and we will be back in the Future! Thanks again!

We arrived exhausted after an overnight flight. We contacted Tracy to drop off our luggage prior to check in time. She informed us that the rental was immediately available prior to the regular check in time and we were welcome to occupy early. The location is five minutes from NOTRE Dame campus and the surrounding entertainment districts. It is really convenient if you are attending a football game at Notre Dame. Just expect heavy traffic on game days which is normal.Tracy was fantastic. When asked for recommendations she readily directed us to a sports bar where we could watch the NFL game from Australia. She also provided great information about getting around the area and the university.Tracy and her husband Johnnie are fantastic hosts and we highly recommend renting their unit for your visit to South Bend and NOTRE Dame.
