Perfect for a family of 5. Great location -quick drive to town or slopes. Everything was clean and included an ample supply of everything you needed - towels, kitchen stuff, etc. Very quick responding when questions arose. We would stay there again.

Wonderful stay and responsive host. Prime location near downtown Ellicottville and Holiday Valley ski resort. Included some games and books, and kitchen was well stocked. Includes fireplace and balcony. Spotless, clean, and comfortable. Perfect for a girls trip. [Note that entry into the unit requires numerous stairs, and access to the loft (and 4 beds) requires climbing a narrow spiral staircase, so this not ideal for people with accessibility needs]

Easy check in and fantastic location. The only thing to be aware of is that 3 of the beds are in the same space, but it worked great for our group!
