Ski-in/ski-out clean and cozy ground floor condo located right on the slopes of Holiday Valley. The winter months are sure to be memorable! It is also located right above the Black Diamond golf course, minutes away from downtown Ellicottville, and the Holiday Valley resort. The unit also offers A/C for the summer months.

The condo is a one bedroom with a queen bed, tv and a ceiling fan. We also have a pack and play for those traveling with young children. We offer a fully stocked kitchen for your culinary needs with modern appliances along with complimentary coffee. The family room features a queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace and Cable TV.
