Two for One! Charming Cottage on hillside with private lounge on Turtle Beach!

Situated overlooking the quiet Turtle Beach Cove on the renowned South East Peninsula is a very peaceful and private charming cottage.

Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the pelicans dive for their breakfast. Keep an eye out for sea turtles on the amazing reef just below the cottage. Hummingbirds buzz around you in the gardens surrounding the cottage.

Have a sunset drink and be amazed at the outstanding view of Nevis in the distance. Watch the colors fade as yachts and sailing boats sail off into the blue caribbean waters at days end.


Ocean Song Cottage is a island style designed cottage, with hard woods, natural stone, walliba shingle, granite, marble, and antique bricks and tiles, and hand cut stone. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Antique and custom designed furnishings and prints, King Size bed, a selection of books and window seat. Outdoor shower with natural stone. A built in seating and lounging area with private garden. There is also high speed internet and Cable TV.

The cottage sits upon the hillside next door to our main Ocean Song Villa (VRBO 379977). Let prevailing winds and ceiling fan will cool you as the waves lull you to sleep.
From the car park there are approximately 22 stone steps up to the cottage with no hand rails.

This cozy cottage, situated in lush tropical foliage with breathtaking Ocean views, is a few minutes walk to Turtle Beach which has one of the best coral reefs for snorkeling on the island.

Within a few minutes’ walk of the cottage you will be on the beach where you can snorkel, swim or relax under a shady tree, and enjoy the inviting views of the reef, Booby Island and Nevis directly in front. Or beach comb the shallow sandy pools and turtle grass beds along the shore.

Ocean Song Cottage guests have the use of a private and spacious beach front lounge a few minutes walk away at the Turtle Beach Cottage. Villa and cottage guests along with the guests of the top floor apartment at Turtle Beach Cottage will enjoy the exclusive use of the spacious beach front lounge with honour bar, complimentary beach lounge chairs outdoor shower & washroom. The best accessible coral reef on island for snorkelling is right outfront of the beach lounge. This is also one of the best bays on island for Kite Surfing.

Cockleshell Beach is approx. 15 minutes walk along the beach and across the dune. Reggae Beach Bar and Grill, Lion Rock and Spice Mill restaurants are all located there, where you will have your choice of beach casual or Gourmet. A wide variety of water sports are located at Cockleshell , as well as a sailing school. Water Taxis to Nevis are also available from Reggae Beach bar and the Drive on car Ferry is a 5 minute drive away at Majors Bay.

Frigate Bay, is a 15 minute drive away where you will find The St Kitts Marriott Resort and casino, as well as a variety of restaurants, shops, health spa, fitness center and 18 hole championship golf course.

As always, we had the best stay at Ricky and Pennys place. Idyllic and tranquil, and the best private beach on the island. I can’t thank them enough. When all flights in the Caribbean were cancelled for a day and left us indefinitely stranded, they went above and beyond to help us think of solutions, and let us extend our stay a few more days. Our stay at the cottage was absolutely amazing - from the beautiful views to the friendly hosts, we couldn't have asked for a better vacation. This was our 6th trip to St. Kitts and we've stayed at resorts and other VRBOs in the past, but we can't wait to book this one again for next year. Our hosts were great - accessible, informative, and very welcoming.The cottage was spacious for 2 people, and private. We wanted something off the beaten path away from the crowd and this was a perfect location.There are several sitting areas to take in your surroundings and relax. I only wish we had more time to enjoy them. The cottage isn't on the beach, but a short distance (1-minute drive or probably a 10 minute walk) from the beachfront lounge that you have access to. The cottage is next to a larger 3-bedroom house that's also a vacation rental, but is completely separate. If not for seeing another car in the driveway, we wouldn't have known there were tenants there at the same time. There are quite a few steps up to the cottage. This was not a problem for us but might be for someone older or with physical concerns. The monkeys hanging around outside were cool to see, they won't bother you but be careful not to leave your doors open when unattended (or sleeping).Great stay, 10/10 would stay here again!

Ocean Song Cottage-A real treasure

We found the cottage perfectly charming. Ricky and Penny created such a comfortable and unique island cottage. We fully enjoyed the outdoor spaces, with a birds eye view of Nevis, and lovely ocean breezes. We spent some time at the beach lounge, soaking up the sun and playing in the ocean. A BIG shout out to Franklyn! He was an absolute gem, from meeting us "late" the evening of check-in, to arranging a safe ride to and from Port Zante so we could fully enjoy a catamaran snorkel tour with an open bar. We'd recommend this sweet cottage to any couple looking for a quiet and romantic setting to call home while visiting St. Kitts

Perfect Romantic Getaway

Fabulous view at this lovely property in a great location on St. Kitts! The outdoor spaces are really beautiful and the indoor space well thought out and very comfortable. Very easy to while away the hours reading on the patio and enjoy the visiting monkeys, but you'll want to go down to Turtle Beach to swim and snorkel on this almost deserted stretch of beach. Would strongly recommend and would come back in the future.

We loved Ocean Song Cottage! The cottage itself is beautiful and well appointed with everything you need. The location is gorgeous--off the beaten track with no crowds or traffic. The bedroom view in the morning and the outside stone decks are absolutely amazing! The private beach is just a few minutes walk down the street and was perfect! Franklin answered every questions we had and helped us book a day trip to Nevis. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanted a quiet, beautiful time away!

10th Anniversary Getaway

2nd time staying at Ocean Song Charming cottage. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Spent most of our time in the Turtle Beach area as we did most of the upper part of St. Kitts on previous trips. Views from property are unsurpassed. Used kitchen for breakfast every morning and for some supplemental snacks on some days. Rental car helped alot for venturing to hiking, snorkeling, and dining. We enjoyed the peace and relaxation of this place even more than last visit since we know what we are doing!!

Turtle Beach is located on the South East Peninsula of
St Kitts which we think is the best part of the island. You will NEVER hear the ongoing NOISE of cars/trucks/motorcycles or experience traffic like the Frigate Bay area. It's all about the sounds of the surf, bird song and nature! 5 minutes drive will take you to some of the islands BEST restaurants and more fabulous beaches. A QUICK water taxi to our neighbouring island of NEVIS will bring you to more great restaurants, history and charm of the Caribbean!
