Nice roomy condo offering two bedrooms one full bath. Accommodates up to eight guests. One bedroom has a queen size bed. Second bedroom has a full size bed with a single on top. You will find a queen size Murphy Bed in the living area. Just steps to the outdoor heated pool. Full kitchen is perfect for a quick lunch or preparing a full dinner. Cable TV and WIFI included. Ski locker is available for renters use. Please note this unit DOES NOT have a working fireplace. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

This was a fantastic ski weekend

We loved the condo and it was perfect for a family ski weekend at Sunday River- ski-in, ski-out so that everyone could come home for lunch and hang out.

Slopeside is the way to go! Great vacation!

The property was perfect for a ski vacation. The only thing it could use is a community fire pit or hang out spot by the pool.

Ski weekend.

Location was excellent living room was spacious. Kitchen was a bit small and the dishwasher made an extremely loud noise when running it could not be run well in the unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We used this condo as overflow sleeping in addition to another larger condo used for cooking/sleeping. Quarters are tight if all beds full and kitchen/dining area is small, but unit was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable for our needs.

Wouldn't Stay Again

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the property location was ideal. Unfortunately the current owner must never stay here. The unit is very dated. The couch was stained and we had to use the spare sheets to put over the couch. There were simple thing too that don't cost much but would make a huge improvement. A new shower head is only $10 and would be a huge improvement. The bathroom vanity light would flicker and hum and the bathroom fan was DISGUSTING. The kitchen had no amenities. It had 1 dishtowel, no pot holder, no cooking sheet, very limited kitchen utensils. If your just eating out you would be fine. The microwave, toaster and coffee pot are from the 90's. Spending a few $100 would be a huge improvement. The unit also requires you to keep skis in the basement locker. This unit is the only unit that has a broken locker that won't lock. We had to keep our skis in the car. Overall we had great ski conditions otherwise we would have left early. Over priced and outdated.

A few areas for improvement: there is no oven mitt to use when taking things out of the oven; there were no extra garbage bags available in the unit and the dishwasher does not work (ie, it runs (loudly) but does not clean dishes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The furniture was a little dated, but the condo was very clean, neat and comfortable. Just to note, the second bedroom had bunk beds that were fine, but the top bunk was a little too short for our 21-year-old son, so he slept on the Murphy bed. Our host, Louise, was pleasant, prompt and helpful in responding to any question we had. We would definitely return to this condo.
