Very average stay. The towels and bedding were dingy and the air did not work well to keep the unit cool. There was a fan which was helpful but you couldn’t turn off the light and leave the fan on which made the sleeping conditions very hot and humid. The mattress was very firm and uncomfortable. The host communication was good and the location is central to all that one would want to see and do in Gadsden. Other than the towels and comforter the unit was clean. Overpriced in reflection the quality of the unit.

The apartment was in good shape and clean. It was what I expected - small, older building. Everything worked and it was comfortable for a once night trip where I just needed a place to sleep and shower. There does appear to be a lady bug infestation!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean and in a great location. Our only disappointment was that it listed that it sleeps four with a king bed and a double futon. The futon was more like a cot and there were no linens provided for it. Fortunately, our 15-year-old son is pretty easy-going and made the best of it.

Property manager was very helpful and friendly. Responded fast to my questions. This place was very clean, quiet and safe. The staff was very helpful, the lady in charge of cleaning did an amazing job. A lot of things to do in the area and beautiful water to go sit and relax at.
