Apartamento de lujo en Budapest, junto al Puente de Margarita

Situado en el distrito 5, en Szent Istvan Körut, justo enfrente del Teatro Comedia y sólo unos pasos del río Danubio y la Isla Margarita, el apartamento es, sin duda, en el medio de todo: restaurantes, cafeterías, tiendas, parques y puntos de interés, como Szent Istvan y el famoso Parlamento húngaro. Muy cómodo y acogedor, el apartamento ha sido renovado recientemente y exquisitamente decorado. Con sus techos altos y amplias habitaciones (más de 100 metros cuadrados), el apartamento tiene un ambiente muy acogedor y agradable que te hace sentir como en casa desde el momento en que entras.

El apartamento no es su "suelo desnudo - un mínimo de muebles" regular lugar de alquiler turístico que se suele encontrar en el Internet. Está muy lujosamente amueblado con muebles antiguos y alfombras orientales, ha tiene TV por cable y conexión a Internet de alta velocidad. Se compone de un dormitorio grande con una cama king size y, una pequeña habitación con un sofá cama que puede dormir una persona, una sala formal, un gran pasillo y una cocina completa (totalmente equipada), y un baño. Se encuentra en el segundo piso de un edificio histórico (con ascensor).

La ubicación del apartamento es excelente, colocándolo en el muy cerca de muchos lugares de interés en Budapest, así como un excelente sistema de transporte: 2 minutos a pie de la estación de tranvía y autobús y cerca de 5 minutos a pie de la estación de metro y Nyugati Pályaudvar (estación de tren). Sólo entrar y disfrutar de las hermosas vistas de Budapest y la comodidad que nuestro lugar tiene para ofrecer.

Four wonderful days in Budapest! Location is 5 minutes walking distance to Nyugati train station, 15 minutes to Parliament. We love to walk so being a little further away from center was ideal. Close to all public transportation which is easy to navigate. Apartment is large, clean and beautifully decorated. Building is secure. Host is not local but communication was never an issue.

What a great place!

My Fiancee and I have lived here since November 2009, and we LOVE this apartment! The only reason we are leaving is due to a major consulting assignment back in the USA. The apartment is elegant and sophisticated, yet comfortable and incredibly central to everywhere in Budapest! It is old-world Europe in its charm. We are sorry to leave!

Lovely apartment

Great location, wonderful host, lovely apartment. Having both a washer and a dryer was a real luxury. I would definitely stay here again. One thing to note if that the main bedroom looks over a busy street, so there is some street noise. It is not overwhelming, but it is noticeable. That is not a complaint at all, but a guest that is very sensitive to noise while sleeping might want to know that.

PERFECT LOCATION

Back in September, 2012 I've spent two unforgettable weeks in Budapest and my enchantment with the city was to a great extent determined by this beautiful apartment. The location is great (you can't ask for better) and the place is very neat and clean making you feel so good that you don't want to leave. I stayed in other VRBO apartments before but for most of them the pictures look better than the reality. This one was a very good surprise. Highly recommended!

The location was perfect. We were able to walk or catch a tram/subway to any of our destinations with ease. There was a grocery store on the corner, and a produce shop down the street. A pharmacy was a block away.The Parliament and Margaret Island were 10 min walks, the City Park was a 30 min walk. The apartment is beautiful. It was spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of room for us to relax and hang out. The kitchen was full, with all necessities. My family is tall, and the shower head holder was broken. They had a hard time not spraying water everywhere because there was no shower curtain, just a small barrier. The washer and dryer worked great.The beds and pillows were comfortable. My son slept in the second bedroom which was too small for his tall stature; there was no room for his luggage. This apartment is in a beautiful building on a main thoroughfare with trams and buses passing by. There is a hospital nearby. Noises of the city are audible at any time day or night.We had an incident with the front door lock breaking after we locked the door and were stuck 4 hours unable to get into the apartment. It took a while for Anda to answer because of the time difference, but eventually we got back in.Overall, a fantastic trip and stay at this location.

The location couldn't have been any better: right in the middle of everything, close to shops, attractions and all transportation. The apartment itself is very well appointed with dishwasher, washer/dryer unit, kitchen with all the necessary utensils, clean and beautifully decorated. We had such a great stay there and would return at any time. We love Budapest!

Experience Budapest Past and Present

This apartment perfectly combines the history of Budapest with the present vibrant city life. The apartment is a taste of an earlier time, as well as being well stocked, well maintained and very clean. And the location is excellent. Close to tourist sights like Parliament and several art nouveau buildings, but just minutes away by public transit to the opera, Liszt Academy and Vigado. Not to mention ruin pubs! I hope to return to Budapest and look forward to another stay here.

Gorgeous Place!

I travel extensively and have been in Budapest many times, but I think this is the best place that I ever rented. The location is excellent, very close to many attractions, public transportation and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is grandiose, sparkling clean and unlike many other places that I stayed in before it feels like a real home. The owners were very helpful too, I've received more useful tips and information than I hoped for. Thanks a lot!

Great apartment, highly recommended!

My wife and I stayed in the apartment for two weeks in September, 2006. We loved the the comfort, cleanness and the lovely atmosphere of the place. The apartment is very spectacular: high ceilings, huge rooms, gorgeous furniture and paintings . . . It is equipped with everything you need to make you feel at home and the location is absolutely one of the best in Budapest. It is close to absolutely everything. If we ever return to Budapest we will definitely stay there. I would recommend the place for people who enjoy a homy atmosphere on vacation and appreciate a quiet evening inside, listening to some good music.
