This thoughtfully designed condo provides tall ceilings, modern décor and floor to ceiling windows. The ground floor has a dedicated office area with a pull-out sofa. The main floor boasts an open floorplan featuring the dining room, kitchen, powder room and living room with a 75’’ TV. The third-floor hosts both bedrooms with full private bathrooms, walk in closets, TV's, queen beds and a primary suite balcony. Last but not least, the top floor steals the show with a wet bar and spacious rooftop patio with a firepit, comfortable seating and amazing views. Amenities include Wi-Fi, Keurig, basic toiletries, pull out sofa, board games, record player, iron, hair dryer, washer & dryer, off street parking.

My family had a wonderful weeklong stay in Shelby’s home. We can’t say enough about the location, the home itself, and the communication we had throughout our stay with Shelby. Having ample parking and even a driveway to park our rental car in was an added bonus. The neighbors were friendly, and we enjoyed looking out on to the beautiful tree in the backyard while eating our breakfast. It was clearly a 10/10 all around.

We loved this place! Shelby was very quick to respond and was very helpful. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in Billings. They have everything you’d need. The location is great-the grocery store is right across the street and it’s a very short drive to MetraPark. The rooftop patio is amazing although the wildfire smoke stopped us from fully enjoying it. Next time!

Very nice 3 story Town House. Extremely clean, close to the ball park (3blocks) and downtown ( 4 to5 blocks dependinging on the location), geicery store 1/2 block away. Would rent again for our next trip to Billings.

We loved this place - clean, stylish, and exactly as described. The layout is great, and everything we needed was well stocked. The rooftop patio is the highlight -spacious, comfortable seating, wet bar, and a firepit with a great view. We’d absolutely stay here again!

super comfortable, well equipped kitchen, loved the rooftop deck for coffee in the morning. Very close to grocery and not far from down town attractions. Convenient urban location includes a bit of street noise and a few stairs to manage. Great communication from the host. I highly recommend this property.

Great location next to a grocery store close to restaurant had all amenities to cook and host family dinners . A lot of flights of stairs but was good exercise. Safe locked court yard and beautiful roof top patio. Great for price point.Huge tv in family room and tvs in all bedrooms. Heat and air conditioning was on point al worked great. Provided amenities if your forgot anything very thoughtful and considerate hosts. Would definitely stay there again!!
