Come experience Pretty's Place, just a few miles from Notre Dame Campus. This complete 2022 renovation done with love is up and running and ready for its first guest. Cozy ranch with 3 bedrooms and 1 bed. Two separate common areas separated by laundry/work space allow perfect use of the property. Fully fenced in private yard to enjoy the outside area. Furnished and ready to go with new memory foam mattresses in each bedroom.
