T encourage guests to read other reviews before basing judgment on this one. Television is not listed among our amenities. Our property is under contract with pest control, which we explained to our guests, and this is THE ONLY TIME there has been an issue during our entire tenure as hosts and was likely the result of recent heavy rains. Our apologies for this disagreeable situation by our guests. We understand the frustration, but we were informed of the matter at around 1 AM, and it did not seem to constitute an emergency. It should be noted that due to an error in VRBO’s technology, we extended the checkout time to our guests upon their request. We also provided an additional grill for Labor Day use. Neither of these provisions or courtesies were mentioned in the guest review.
