Built w/ cathedral ceilings, there is plenty of space for 10 people to sleep comfortably (6 beds & several comfy couches), as well as 3 smart TVs, an indoor fireplace, a gas grill & large yard (including outdoor games), a desk space, & much more. We stayed in this home over Christmas in order to spend the holiday with family that lives close by. The home was clean and communication with the host was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I with our dog stayed 19 days, which is longer than most stays there. Nice neighborhood. Good location--Close to all shopping and downtown Naperville. House was adequate. But there were issues. Issues that could be corrected with appropriate maintenance. There is no lighting at front of house or porch. Going from driveway to front door at night was total darkness requiring flashlight to see and open lock. No lighting in living room. Master bedroom carpet is dirty and stained and needs to be cleaned or better replaced. Plastic control handle of master bath shower is cracked/broken making it very difficult to turn on and off. Bathtub in second bathroom drains very slowly. In kitchen, exhaust fan over stove top is dripping grease. Water filter in refrigerator needs replacement—water does not drain out, only dribbles. We bought our own silverware, cutlery and pots and pans (those there were few and corroded).

Week day stay

We stayed here while our house was getting remodeled. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and were very welcoming of us and our 3 dogs. The house had everything we needed while we were there including an office for my wife while she worked from home.

Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and the house was as nice as the pictures shown on your website. Plenty of room, a large kitchen, great master suite with large walk-in closet, and large bathroom. The neighborhood was super quiet and well kept up. Conveniently located to shops and dog parks which we took advantage of. The area by the trash cans had several pieces of trash laying on the ground and some cigarette butts near the entrances which is why we gave that part 3 stars. The owner was very receptive to that problem and assured that his grounds people would be notified. The only disadvantage for us was that we had dogs and the back yard was not fenced, which we did know before booking the property. Other than for that we would not hesitate to rent this property again!

The house was very clean and had amenities such as coffee, soap, shampoo, etc. Beds and bedding were very comfortable.
