Laura was the greatest host always available. Amenities were great safe area very walkable to a lot of places, including a fantastic French pastry shop will definitely book again when in the area.

Clean, great amenities. Maintenance was on point and the location was outstanding. Highly recommended.

The house was filthy when we arrived and we had to spend 500 out of our own pocket to clean the house and get what we needed to be comfortable. The handle for the water in the shower is wonky and requires you to not swing the handle much for hot water. It’s in reverse, the more you open the handle the colder the water becomes.There were too many bugs throughout our stay and Cobb webs within the house as well. The house didn’t even have a vacuum and we had to ask the maid that services the property (other units) to provide us one. The vacuum exerted a terrible smell when activated and made you not want to vacuum at all. The small bed is really uncomfortable and the appliances were covered in filth and grease. Air fryer was covered in filth. Dishwasher had dust and other filth included in it.For the price we paid, I would have expected much more.

Great Expectations; Big Disappointment

Despite the great location and size of the apartment, it turned out to be a big disappointment. There was a lack of hot water, a lack of basic necessities when we arrived-i.e.,linens, bath towels&soaps, clean pots & pans,plates&dishes, silverware, kitchen gadgets-and a filthy outdoor grill. Furnishings were very much on the cheap side. No Cable TV, just streaming & antenna with poor reception.Finally, Guidebook was lacking basic important info such as garbage & recycling. On the plus side, there was a large walk-in closet and the washer/dryer were large. Also, the local area is very upscale and it's conveniently located a short drive to downtown Delray Beach.However, overall it was a big disappointment.

Good value Place

This property has a lot going for it: location, size, laundry facilities, allocated parking. It is overall good value and we would recommend it but it falls short in two areas: the bed and the linens and towels. There is plenty of room for a king size bed and the bed linens need a complete upgrade: padded mattress cover, new sheets and comforter and better pillows. The towels provided were old and there should have been at least four of them not three. These changes would turn a pleasant stay into an excellent one and are easy fixes. (Must be noted that owner responded at once to fix burned out outside light.)

Decent place for decent price

This unit is in a great neighborhood which is safe and quiet. It is a bare bones unit noting very limited towels (which there is a charge to provide more) and limited amenities (all which are said there is a charge for). Part of the floor is missing in the bedroom and the bed was uncomfy as it was very low to the ground. The unit is clearly neglected due to the above and lighting in the larger living room is limited. There was a residue left on the kitchen countertops which did come off upon cleaning making me wonder why is there a cleaning fee. Again although I state the above, it is priced correctly as you get what you pay for. As long as the price does not increase I would stay again knowing the above.

David has stayed for 3 nights and was provided with 4 bath towels as well as hand towels and wash cloths. It's a standard amount of towels for one bedroom unit that was booked for one guest. Some people live to complain and seems like David does just that. I know he said that he would stay again, unfortunately for him he will not be welcomed back. If David had any issues at all he should have voiced them to me instead of posting a negative review. I hope next time he will be more proactive and gets in touch with a host if he needs anything or unhappy about anything.
