Very attractive little neighborhood. It felt small town in a very urban area. After a busy day it was nice to go back to the cottage and relax in an inviting atmosphere.

Grandma Cottage says it all! Clean, comfortable, with lots of great touches, including grandma hard candies, mismatched glasswear and coffee mugs, and a dining room table made for Sunday dinners. The hosts provided clear directions and were very responsive. Fabulous all around!

Location, location, location. Very convenient to every place we wanted to go. Quiet neighborhood good for walking. Bicycle/walking path along creek only a few hundred yards away. Our dog really enjoyed the fenced backyard. Comfortable beds. It is not a luxury place, But if we return to Minneapolis we would put it at the top of our list of places to stay.

Communication was excellent. We enjoyed the coziness of the house and it had all the amenities we needed. We appreciated the little things like outlets right next to the beds and plenty of kitchen necessities. Beds were comfortable too! We left something behind and making arrangements to pick it up a couple days later was very easy and smooth. Would recommend!

We really loved that it was like going to our grandma's house. Felt like home. A nice walk to Utipils which we enjoyed a few nights. Easy drive to shopping and bike rides around the lakes. We also liked the little pizza place down the street.

Great Holiday Stay

I booked this for family to stay at during the holidays. Ed was a great communicator about some updates going on at the house and made sure everything would work for us still. The house was perfect for hosting a large group and had a very well stocked kitchen.
