The living area has a queen sleeper sofa, 2 new recliners, a club chair and a large wicker rocker. There is also a 65 inch smart television for your viewing entertainment. The adjacent dining area seats 6 at the table plus four more at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything a chef will need to prepare a gourmet meal or just to heat up that favorite pizza! You'll also have a huge laundry room with plenty of storage for all your beach toys.

From 'Great Family Time', to great 'Great Beach Time', to 'Relaxing' and last but not least, some of the BEST restaurants that guest come back to time and again! Princess Condominiums is situated directly on the beach, so there are no roads to cross and NO CROWDS to worry about!
If you rent our condo, you will be the able to relax in your FREE BEACH CHAIRS under your own beach umbrella while watching the waves and people on the beach. If you like, you can just lay out by the beachfront pool or take a dip in the hot tub. If you feel the need to work off those extra calories, our fitness room is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily . The best thing about our condo is that it is a quiet piece of paradise just minutes away from anything that you want to do on your vacation. Panama City Beach has great restaurants and fun attractions for the family to do and see! NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT. YOU MUST BE 26 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO RENT THIS CONDO.
