Communication with Host during stay was excellent. We stayed during Summer. The A/C unit worked excellent. The laundry washer was used often. There was no dryer, but since it was Summer the clothes dry well on patio clothes line.

Great spot in Shinjuku

The apartment was very clean and comfortable for our group of four. The kitchen supplies were useful also. The bathroom is surprisingly spacious. Lots of shopping and places to eat out in the main street. Heater worked great during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location

The place was perfect for our family of four. Nice and tidy, very comfortable. The location was great for walking into the hear of Shinjuku or exploring the alleyways, transport options very close (an easy walk even for our 5yo). The kitchen was well equipped for our needs and great comfy beds.The laneway could get a bit noisy at night with people talking, but nothing that really disrupted.

Lovely and spacious apartment. Sparkling clean and in a very safe and cute neighborhood just steps away from restaurants and cute cafe’s. Our driver told us this was the Korean area of Tokyo, so there’s lots of great Korean food! Would stay here again, thank You!

Larger and comfier than expected!

We were 5 adults and 1 child. I was really worried about the space. The pictures dont show accurately how comfy the place is. It has a little kitchen area, a small table and a tiny living room with a TV and sofa bed. The only bathroom can be shared as it has 3indepent spaces: toilet, basin and shower tub.

Spacious home in lively neighborhood

This was a great find in Tokyo. It’s a short walk to the train stations and there are plenty of restaurants and shops also nearby. It’s a busy area, but the apartment itself is tucked away. It’s also spacious- my husband and I both had plenty of room to spread out our suitcases and clothes. The arrangement of one of the bedrooms was strange because you had to climb over one bed to get to the other bed. It wasn’t an issue for us since we didn’t use the room, but might be annoying for larger groups. The host was easy to communicate with and was very accommodating when we needed a place to keep our luggage for the morning before we left for the airport. We’d definitely consider staying here again.

Good location, washer very useful

Good location in Shinjuku. As with most Tokyo apartments, there are no dryer units. The washing machine was very useful. You can either line dry or there is a neighborhood coin operated laundry just a few steps away with dryers. Be careful, these coin operated machines run very hot, even on the low setting. Bedding was good, but the included towels are a bit thin. Host was responsive and check in / check out was very easy and convenient.

Close to Nightlife

A modest apartment with 4 beds. Rooms are filled with beds with little space for anything else. Nice and new bath and kitchen equipment. Very comfortable for 2 people but 3 people or 2 couples would make for a cramped space. Washer doesn't dry, but there's a tiny laundry-mat down the street. I recommend just drying there as it is very small Ten minute walk for shops and stations. Shinjuku isn't for everyone.
