Recently renovated w/ top-of-the-line finishes just steps from downtown Mason and 7 minutes to Kings Island!

Tons of room for family fun w/ kitchen that seats 13; large game room w/ ping-pong, air hockey, pop-a-shot basketball, giant Connect 4, and more!

Play a game of badminton in the large backyard; make s'mores by the fire pit under the cafe lights, or hop on one of the bikes to ride to the local shops and eateries!

Relax in the sauna; get cozy by the rustic fireplace or watch a movie in the lower level theater area w/ surround sound. The front porch is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee and great conversation with family and friends.

All you could want and more. Peaceful and relaxing. Love the backyard with plenty of seating and a fire pit. We even got in some corn hole games. The kitchen has it all. Huge fridge, gourmet stove, double oven and a giant island. This was our 4th year here for our "brothers reunion" and we have already booked it for next year.

We were in town for our daughter's wedding and booked this house for her and all the bridesmaids. Lynn was amazing so accommodating and the pictures don't do this place justice! Would defiantly rent again if in the area!

The kitchen could've been much cleaner. Many of the dishes were dirty and coffee grounds were left in the coffee maker. Pictures make the space look bigger than it is. Poor construction

The house was lovely and so well appointed. Lynn was incredibly accommodating and helpful. It was the perfect space for what we needed and fit our group so comfortably. Highly recommend this space and this VRBO owner to anyone interested. The street was also very quiet which was a nice added bonus.

What a great place! Thanks for all the care and attention to detail. We visited after a snowfall and the yard was perfect for building snowmen and having snowball battles - SO FUN! Location was also perfect. We may be in the Dayton area again soon and if so, this would be a wonderful place to stay.

Nice quite quaint place!The game room in the garage, the bicycles (since it was descent enough to ride) The kitchen was large, well stocked and a super big refrigerator. Loved the adjustable bed in master bedroom. We even had a fire going outside in the fire pit. We also loved that you could walk downtown, it was decorated nicely! Nice hot water too. Over all great place to stay kids kept busy which was a plus for us adults!

Good space for family and friends to gather for our daughters wedding weekend. Convenient to stores and food. Enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard to relax after all the festivities. Did have to purchase some extra toilet tissue and firewood due to low supply at the house. Overall it worked for our needs.

At first glance this property is awesome. There are several games for the family and plenty of space for everyone. However, I think for the price we paid, the house should be taken care of better. The toilet paper holders are all getting ready to fall off. There is trim up that is only half painted and there are definite dings all over the walls that need repaired. At least one cupboard in the kitchen is getting ready to fall off and some of the drawers we were almost afraid to open because they seemed stuck and we didn't want to break them. The kitchen could be a little better stocked for cooking, but it wasn't bad. The floors were definitely swept, but didn't seem like they were mopped. There is one light on the stairs that does not work and you can see brackets where there were others that are no longer there. Having these as a "night light" for safety would be a good idea to add back. The tubs definitely need slip strips. I stepped in and my foot slid and my other leg banged into the tub so hard I now have a giant bruise on my shin and it hurts to touch my leg. This is a HUGE accident waiting to happen. I saw several other people mention this in the guest book. It seems maybe these are not read, or maybe there is not a liability concern?The bikes, although could be a nice amenity need some work. Some have bent rims and the at least one the handle bars are not in a good position to safely ride. We would have adjusted them, but there are no tools to do so.

Thanks, Rebecca, for your comments. We try to stay on top of every maintenance item, so as soon as you alerted us to these, I let the maintenance crew know. They are going to head over there to repair the loose cabinet and replace the light bulb in the fixture over the stairs. I am also installIng anti-slip strips in both tubs. So sorry to hear that you slipped and hurt your leg. No one ever brought that up as a concern before. Guests really do love the bikes in the garage. We routinely service them. There is a tool there to adjust handle bars; if they need to be raised or lowered. Maybe it was not in view when you were there, but it’s usually on the table right next to the bikes. I truly appreciate you sharing your concerns so we can address those right away to make the property even better for other guests.

Mason, Ohio is a vibrant city voted many times as one of the best places to live in the United States! Just a short stroll or bike ride away from this property is quaint downtown Mason where you'll find restaurants, bars and shops. They hold special events in the downtown plaza including a tree lighting at Christmas time and concerts every Friday evening in the Summer. Mason is home to the Western and Southern Tennis Tournament, Kings Island and Great Wolf Lodge Water Park.
