This is a great home for a family to come together and stay. This neighborhood is family friendly and very quiet. We are close to Kings Island, Top Golf, Main Event, Outlet Shopping, and the Western & Southern Open.
Welcome to West Chester! We invite you to walk through the red front door and relax in this spacious ranch home.
DINING ROOM (Main Level) Upon entry you will see the large dining area equipped to seat seven (7) people comfortably. The black fireplace (for decoration only) is the focal point of this room.
KITCHEN (Main Level) Brand new appliances for you to enjoy including refrigerator, stove, microwave and toaster. Enjoy your complimentary coffee in the morning with the Keurig. The dining table seats four people and is located in the kitchen area.
LIVING ROOM (Main Level) This room features a large sectional and two armchairs, which means plenty of space to spread out. There are windows all around the room bringing in natural sunlight. Relax and watch the large Roku TV, or walk onto the back deck for some fresh air.
BEDROOM 1 (Main Level) This master bedroom has a king-size bed and a full bathroom (shower / tub) attached. Unpack your bags and put your items away in the dresser and full closet. A Roku TV is also included.
BEDROOM 2 (Main Level) This room has a queen-size bed, a full closet, and a Roku TV.
BEDROOM 3 (Main Level) Perfect for kids! Decorated in an animal motif, this room has two twin-size bunkbeds.
BATHROOM 1 (Main Level) Located in the hallway, this bathroom also has a tub and shower combination.
BEDROOM 4 (Basement Level) This bedroom is open to everyone when you first walk down the stairs. It features a king-size bed, a Roku TV, and a sitting area to relax.
BEDROOM 5 (Basement Level) This bedroom has a door, so there is a privacy. This bedroom also has a Roku TV, plenty of room for storage, and a king-size bed.
BEDROOM 6 (Basement Level) Hideaway in this back bedroom for some rest on the twin-size bunkbeds.
LAUNDRY ROOM (Basement Level) We have everything you need for your laundry located in this room including a washer and dryer, detergent and dryers sheets, a utility sink, and an iron and ironing board.
BATHROOM 3 (Basement Level) Full bathroom features a walk-in shower.
BACK PORCH Located just off the living room and full of sunshine! Enjoy an ice-cold beverage in this quiet neighborhood while the kids (or whomever) play games in the fenced-in backyard.
PARKING This home has a two-car garage and a driveway, so plenty of space to park your car(s)!

You will need your own car for transportation or use a ride-share service. **MUST READ PRIOR TO BOOKING** Our properties are in quiet, Family-Oriented Neighborhoods. We have a NO TOLERANCE policy for Parties and Noise complaints. Unauthorized gatherings will result in your immediate removal from the premises without a refund. • We can make exceptions to our rules, but you must request your exception in writing and have written approval from us. • Primary Guest must sign a Rental Agreement and pool/hottub general liability waiver release (if applicable). • No smoking allowed (of any kind) inside the home. • Quiet hours are between the hours of 10pm and 7am. • All check-outs are promptly at 11am. • Furniture may not be re-arranged. • No illegal substances allowed on the premises. • Air mattresses must be requested prior to arrival and will only be provided if guest count merits them. • Primary Guest must submit a photo of their ID (driver’s license, passport, state id), selfie, and must identify other guests by name during registration. This will require you to migrate from the platform. • At management`s discretion, private security may be required (we utilize Echler USA). Details will be provided prior to guest arrival if this service is required. • Total vehicle count and: make, model, and year may be required depending on property. Some properties have parking challenges and you will be prompted to provide vehicle information if the property you book is one of those properties. *If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the guest count provided by the primary host, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per night over the provided guest count. **Guests will be charged for all damages and will be responsible for paying the max daily rate of $999 per night if we must block any days or cancel reservations due to the house requiring maintenance or additional cleaning after your stay. *** Properties are located in an area where pests (including bugs, spiders, mice, etc.) naturally occur on occasion. If we receive notification of pests in writing, we will do our best to investigate and eliminate them as quickly as possible. The mere presence of pests is not grounds for a refund or reduction of agreed rental price. **** Further information may be requested if the primary residence is in a 50-mile radius of the rental location including but not limited to social media handle/username, extended background check, and more. ***** In cases where the Police are called, the Primary Guest will be charged $1,000 (at Management’s discretion). ******Additional $500 charge if we are called or neighbors complain of loud noises after 10pm and before 7am. ******* Smoking in the home will be a $500 fine (at Management’s discretion). ******** All check-outs are at 11am, additional fees of $50/hour if you are late to check-out. ********* From time to time, odors may be present upon arrival, please notify us and we will remedy this as soon as possible. **********If guests are dissatisfied with their stay for any reason, they will allow our team to evaluate the situation in person (visual inspection may be required) within 24 hours to determine if property is able to be repaired or if guests need to be relocated. If management determines a repair cannot be made within a reasonable time and the issue is significant enough to affect the guest’s stay, we will offer a comparable property for the remainder of the guest`s stay. If no comparable property is available and the situation cannot be remedied, we will issue the guest a refund for the remainder of their stay.

We had a great stay, house was clean and ready when we arrived. It was a good neighborhood, close to a lot of things. Overall a wonderful place to stay!
We rented this home while my mothers was moving out of her home in Mason. It was a pleasure to return each evening to the quiet and comfort of this property.
Perfect property for 9 ladies attending the Cincy Ooen. Super location with plenty of space and bathrooms for an all women stay. Definitely recommend Gail Sue!
Very clean, spacious, bright. Had to buy storage containers. No foil or suran wrap. No salt or pepper. These were minor inconveniences easily resolved. Would definitely stay again.
We stayed at this property as a large family gathered for a wedding. It was a great location and size for our family needs. The beds are nice and there are plenty of towels for all, but there are no towel rods to hang towels so had to use shower current rod for this. Also, a minor deal normally, but we looked and they stated there was an iron and ironing board. There was none, we contacted them (even with the issues VRBO was having with their system) and they delivered a nice iron, but we never received an ironing board.
We were looking forward to cooking a few nice meals for the family to eat together at the house, and we did, but to be honest the pots and pans were not great. There was one very small cutting board so we purchased one to use ourselves. There are plenty of plates, bowls, and glasses. Mostly enough utensils, lots of spoons, but not enough of forks.
We used every bed in the house and they were nice. Plenty of sheets, blankets and pillows. There is only one closet to hang clothes though in the basement sleeping areas. I would suggest adding at least one more in one of the nooks that exists in that area. As we were there for a wedding we had lots of clothing requiring hanging.
We loved the living room space. It was comfortable and had enough space to accommodate all of us to be in one room and enjoy our time together.
I make these comments in an attempt to improve what is a really nice property and with a few minor changes would have rated a 5 star. Would I recommend staying there, yes. Again the size and location of the property are wonderful. If we are in need of staying in a property of this size again in the northern Cincinnati area we would rent there for sure.
We chose this property as it is half way between Dayton Air Force Museum and the Ark Encounter. There are plenty of family adventure activities /parks, restaurants and stores closeby as well as easy access to expressways. The family loved "Top Golf" down the street.
Great communication from the property manager. The home was clean and had plenty of space, comfy beds and a quiet neighborhood. My grandkids wanted to move in! Our family felt as if bedrooms were decorated specifically with each of us in mind.
We were in Cincinnati for a family reunion. Our children came from 3 different cities to meet. The house had everything we needed to make ourselves at home while away from home. It was comfortable and well equipped to cook and share meals when we weren't out with extended family. The location made it easy to get around the city. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Enjoyed our stay and property had more than enough room for our party of 11. The house was clean and communications with property management timely. However, the curb side trash bins were not emptied prior to arrival and were filled to the brim. There were limited bath towels and the combination for electronic lock didn't work.
These were minor issues and didn't detract from our stay.
Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay here. The home was very clean, well appointed, and had lots of bedrooms and space. Our favorite spots were the sunroom and deck. Surrounding neighborhoods were nice and we enjoyed our long walks around the neighborhoods. The owners were very responsive and check in was easy. Would stay here again.
This property was conveniently located for us in Ohio. We were visiting relatives and were concerned about the distance initially but it turned out to be very easy to jump on the highway and get to their home. Check in was great using our phones. It was a great place for our family. Plenty of room, big backyard, loved the amenities, and the neighborhood was quiet. Definitely recommend this home.
We were very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the property. It was exactly as advertised online. There were nine of us so that room at the back with all the windows was a great place to congregate. The air conditioning works quite well in the basement and on the back of the house but not as good on the front two bedrooms. The property manager offered to bring us a portable air conditioner and ended up bringing us a fan because the people in that room requested the fan instead. With nine people we needed additional toilet paper and paper towels. It was delivered to us after we had purchased some. If you are a gardener like I am, the yard was a disappointment. However, we didn’t spend much time in the outside since it was summer. Overall, it was a great visit. The weather cooperated nicely! We did spend a lot of time on the back deck.
Great property especially for a large crowd or multiple families. Lots of space with plenty of comfortable dining, sitting, and sleeping space. Had all we needed except corkscrew and sugar for our coffee. Would recommend to family and friends!
Was a bit concerned once we had reached the property. The grass had not been cut nor had much attention been given to the the outdoors. Once we had entered the house we were pleased with the interior. The AC unit was not working properly so the basement area was not even used other than the laundry room. Could not get the AC regulated. Great location if your visiting the city .
