There are ceiling fans and a cool breeze that flows through the unit as a result of being so close to the ocean! There is no a/c in the unit.

Enjoy the tropical breeze from four different directions through the numerous windows in each room.
You will have the entire space to yourself with amazing views and able to hear the sound of the ocean.
The unit is on the 2nd floor and there are a set of steps you need to climb to get to the unit.
The condo association does not allow children under the age of 16, so this is a great place for a private, romantic getaway! Unit in this 18-unit complex.

There is an outdoor shower near the beach access to wash off any sand before coming upstairs into the unit.
In order to gain access to the gated community you MUST meet with our greater to get you inside of the community.
This is only needed for the first time you arrive to check-in. Our greater will give you access to the gate and the keys to the unit and also give you a walk through of the property.
