Checked in for a two month stay with a contract job in Toledo. Big, secluded property, above-garage loft apartment lots of sitting spaces. Queen bed and laundry on-site. Needed a little cleaning inside and pest control (ants/spiders), notified landlord and they brought over traps and sprays. Outside spaces catch tree debris after storms and heavy rains, winds. Bathroom needs an update/fan installation for air circulation. Easy drive to visit historic landmarks in the area. Nice area for running. Go-cart track nearby and golf, local pub and liquor store close off the end of the driveway. Nature to watch for in the yard: birds, woodchucks, deer, rabbits. My stay ended 2-weeks earlier than planned, due to contract dissolution, can't refund prepaid amounts. Quick communication/responses from property owner: main house on same property.
