GREAT location!

Super cute house, nice amenities and the location was fantastic. We loved the proximity to food and shopping. The property manager was great and super quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location to Levi’s Commons Mall that I needed. Plenty of restaurants & shopping within a 2 minute drive but not a neighborhood I would walk through at night. I was not aware that there were two separate rental units under this one address. Everything was clean except the floors and closets. Those needed attention. Some trim & wall repair needed. Adequate but not updated living environment. Spacious nice kitchen… small living room and bedrooms. Squeaky bed. Off street parking was convenient but couldn’t figure out outdoor lighting.

Hidden Gem

The house is really cute and decorated tastefully. It is about an hour from Cedar Point but more affordable. Many wonderful eateries nearby most notably Swig, Agave & Rye, and Basil Pizza and Wine Bar. We had a great stay and if in the Toledo area again would definitely book again.

Quick overnight

The property was just fine for our quick overnight stay. I was surprised to find the house neighbored by a boarded up trailer, despite being a few blocks way from a swanky outdoor shopping area. Getting inside was easy and we felt plenty secure. The air-conditioner is a wall unit in the central room, so it got a little toasty and humid in the bedrooms.

The listing doesn’t lie, close to the express ways and several breakfast spots. The only issue I had was that it is a multi-dwelling unit and that wasn’t clear. We initially went to the wrong door. All of that said, when we called the owner, she was quick to sort it all out - a minor inconvenience.

Not sure if it was mentioned in the description of the rental but we went to the front door, the rental is in the back door. Everything else was great!
