The Oasis is a custom built vacation home and at over 7900sq ft offers a truly luxurious base for your next trip to Central Florida with plenty of space for even the largest of gatherings.

This home is located in the prestigious Formosa Gardens, a family-friendly gated community for your security located just 5 minutes from Disney World and even closer to the Margaritaville Resort with shopping villages of a wide range of restaurants and shops. Multiple golf courses and winery are also nearby.

Guest access:
Please send list of guest names to be added to the gate access list and any personal car license plates after booking. There is also no on street parking allowed over night in the neighborhood. Door access will be provided just prior to your visit.

Other things to note:
Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

The pool and hot tub are heated for an additional daily charge payable to the on-site manager upon arrival for the days you want it.
