Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
10AM check out. Please strip the bed and pile used towels in bathrooms, run the dishwasher, and take the trash/recycling out to the base of the steps.
Please set thermostat to 65 (heat), 75 (cool). Lock all doors and return key to lockbox and hook on the wall in the kitchen. There is a $45 fee to replace keys, please return them to the lockbox!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Super cool place to stay. Great location with eateries, night spots, coffee and yoga nearby. Just minutes from downtown, and sweet to be near the river. Modern and clean. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay

Very modern design, clean, in a safe area. Food within walking distance. Very close to the stadiums and downtown. Will request to stay here anytime we are in Cincinnati.

Weekend fun

We stayed 3 nights. It's in a great location. We enjoyed visiting Eli's BBQ, Fulton Yards Coffee, Hi-Mark and Emma. We also went on walks down to the Ohio River Trail. One recommendation would be to add more chairs on the patio. We enjoyed hanging out on the patio, so more chairs would have been welcome.

Why they chose this property

The East End has a rich history of ship-building in the 1800's. This area was a fully builtout neighborhood, with homes, groceries, butchers, laudromats, bars and restaurants in the late 1800s and into the mid 1900s. After decades of decline, the neighborhood is seeing a HUGE resurgence and coming back to life!

What makes this property unique

This particular building was like many in this area. The 1st floor spaces were local, family-run businesses, and the owners lived above each unit - classid live/work scenario!
