North End Studio

Centrally located studio apartment in the heart of downtown Boston in the North End. Fall in love with the mix of old world Italy and downtown Boston in a recently renovated apartment that is a short walk to TD Garden, Faneuil Hall, the harbor and aquarium, and the rest of Boston.

Our ~450sqft studio unit is in a professionally managed walk up building (somewhat steep/narrow staircase as is typical for the area). It is well laid out to maximize space and is perfect for couples and travelers.

There is a full open kitchen with new appliances such as a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and cooking utensils, pots, and pans for you to cook with.

The bed is queen size along with a dresser and full closet with hangers for you to use.

Brand newly renovated bathroom includes a stand up shower.

We provide all linens, towels, and basic toiletries for your stay.

There is no laundry in the building, however there is a laundromat right next door to this building.

Walk up building - no elevator.

This apartment is on the quieter end of North End by Fire Station 1. Felt very safe. Perfect for a solo visitor. Met numerous people staying in the building and all were kind and happy with the location. Property owner answered questions immediately. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

This property was perfect for my stay in the north end. It is in a great location and the unit was spotless. Great communication and easy check in! It is very spacious for a studio. Will definitely stay here again!

We were provided two towels for two people for five days. Supposedly additional towels were delivered but we never got them. There was a wad of hair on the bathtub and a lot more in the drain that I had to clean. We opened the windows for fresh air and most windows have no screens and all ledges were filthy. The baseboards in the bathroom were dirty too. For 400 a night I expected not to have to clean the tub. The portable air conditioner is loud and black out curtains would help with all the light coming from the street.

The kitchen, bedroom and bathroom were clean & spacious for Boston living. The price was better than any hotel nearby. Couldn’t be any more convenient for the north end and getting around town on the T. Definitely recommend and will be back soon!

Yes, kitchen was fully stocked with all dishes, glasses, cookware, and silverware. Even had paper products and all cleaning items. Place was very clean!!!

Absolutely wonderful location for history buffs and culinary fans of Italian foods. Steps away from Paul Revere Statue and Old North Church, located next to Fire Engine #8 Station. There are 100’s of Italian bakeries, coffee shops, and restaurants within walking distance. The flat is nice with a TV, large bed, decent kitchen and, thankfully, a working portable AC unit. Temps were in the 90’s and humid during our three days, so that was a must!More amenities in the flat would have been nice. Only two towels, one hand towel and no washcloths was not enough…seems like an easy fix. It also would have been nice to have a few Keurig coffee packets around or other wrapped treats. We did not have any communication with our host while there, but he was accommodating enough to allow us to store our bags from noon until 4pm upon arrival. In fairness, we did not reach out once we arrived, since we were able to get what and where we needed for our stay.This was our first trip to Boston; it won’t be our last!

Great location and easy to get to everything we wanted to see in downtown. Definitely recommend and would stay here again. Made me feel like a local being able to pop in and out of my apartment all weekend.
