This comfortable property is located in East Sacramento which is one of the most highly sought-after areas in the greater Sacramento area. The property is centrally located to the city, mountains, ocean, sites & the wine country. Hidden in the “Fabulous Forties” neighborhood, not visible from busy streets, the property is 7 blocks away from the beautiful McKinley Park, the neighborhood garnered national attention when spotlighted in the 2017 Oscar Nominated film, Ladybird. Guests love the privacy and quite of this hidden gem in the center of the region. A City bus stop is in front of the property on J Street providing easy public transportation service every 30 minutes to Sacramento State, the American River Parkway (with it’s 31 miles of scenic bike, running & walking trails), Sutter’s Fort State Historic Park (the place where the gold rush started), the central city, The Golden One Center (the 2016 constructed NBA arena and event center), Amtrak, Sacramento International Airport, Old Sacramento, the State Railroad Museum, the Sacramento History Museum, the Crocker Art Museum, the State Capitol building; and many more features of Sacramento. Additional recreational activities in the mountains, by the ocean, in San Francisco and the wine regions (Napa, Lodi & foothills) are easily accessible by car. Excellent casual dining is available within one block of the property - Mexican, Indian, Czech, pizza, coffee, pastries, Chinese, sandwiches & adult beverages.
