This home was a wonderful stay! I was in Sioux Falls for surgery, & the home was definitely a home away from home. I felt super comfortable, & the hosts were AMAZING with their communication as I had asked about a potential extension if the worst were to happen & he was super accommodating & in contact. All around, it was a FANTASTIC stay, & if I'm ever in Sioux Falls again, I will definitely stay here!

Kitchen had everything we needed. Found a pack-in-play in the closet which was much needed. All the rooms has good space and the whole house was clean.

Very responsive host, worked with us for altered check in and check out. Perfect area for our needs. Host gets 5 stars. Only 2 parking spots, on a busy road that we couldn't park on because it was a snow route. Cons:I would disagree with the "sleeps 12" in the description For our specific needs the gathering area was not large enough.

We do want to clarify that the home does have adequate sleeping space for 12 guests, including four queen beds, a couch, and additional sleeper chairs. That said, we appreciate your feedback regarding the gathering area and understand that every group has different space needs. We also apologize for the parking challenges during your visit. Unfortunately, this was our first winter storm of the season, and the snow-route restrictions were outside of our control. For future guests, we do offer parking for two vehicles in the driveway as well as an additional spot in the single-stall garage. The house was lovely. Check-in was easy and communication with the host was excellent. The house was clean and nicely upgraded with plenty of room. The downstairs bedrooms were quite spacious, and the kitchen provided plenty of utensils. Parking was limited but we only had two cars so that wasn't a problem. We had a wonderful time visiting with our family and friends for our 1 night stay. Everything was very clean and organized and the hosts were very accommodating. The only thing I didnt care for was the lack of parking. The stairs were very steap which I assume is common in older homes. Cute and cozy home. Thank you!

One Night Stay

This house was a perfect place for a large group to get together. We really enjoyed having the larger basement bedrooms that left more room for air mattresses and beds on the floor! The gathering spaces, like the kitchen and living room, were a huge hit, and everyone was able to gather together!

Great place for a larger group

My name is Matt and I served in the military for 20 yrs. I now love to host guests when they come to Sioux Falls.

I am a huge foodie and golfer, if you need any recommendations just ask! I love spending time with friends and family.

I am apart of a local non-profit for Veterans called: One Leg B4 the Other - we put pants on homeless and disabled veterans. Our mission is to support veterans facing weight changes or hardship, helping restore comfort, dignity, and confidence as they transition to civilian life.

Cozy home that is centrally located in Sioux Falls - the prime location makes it easy to get anywhere in town.

The best dining and entertainment that Sioux Falls has to offer is only minutes away: close to Sanford hospital, downtown, Great Plains Zoo, Great Shots, collegiate sports (Augie and USF) and the event centers such as the Denny Sanford Premier Center, Convention center, Fairgrounds and the VA.

The Costa Rican Lounge is a cozy home that gives you a taste of Costa Rica. After traveling to Costa Rica a few years back, I fell in love with the jungle, volcanoes and the beaches and wanted to bring a little paradise to Sioux Falls, SD.

Along with the tropical vibes at our home, the mattresses are top notch! We use the brand of beds called JUNA and our guests love them.
