Great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly. The pool was a nice bonus, and the location was perfect—close to the strip and plenty of wineries. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

We love this place!

This is the second time my family and I have stayed here, and we love it! It’s a great location, clean, and comfortable. The pool is a huge bonus for us, and the host is kind and helpful!

Great pool! We spent the day in the pool which was clean and great temperature. Perfect for a girls weekend. Kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/dishes. Shower was quite small and hard to maneuver around with high water pressure (usually that would be a positive but it was pretty aggressive) with hot water running out/us needing to take a break after 2 short showers. Couple areas of the deck/entrance had nails coming out- not really an issue for us but could potentially be for young kids. Would stay again for the pool!

Perfect getaway

We had a great stay. The property is very clean. The pool has a small shallow area, but it's only five feet deep through the rest. It's perfect for adults and teens.

Awesome pool vacation

We loved our time at this Cottage and will be coming back for sure. Price point is just right bc of the size of the house. Owners are awesome get right back to you right away.

Great location!

Being a few steps from Lake Erie was awesome. Check-in was easy as well as check out. We were visiting in the off season so no pool usage. SAppears like it would be a fun summer stay!

Perfect and Cozy

This house is very clean, close to wineries and Geneva/on-the-Lake. We loved walking on the beach and relaxing at the well kept pool. The host had great communication. We will definitely be back for another stay!

My family and I had a great stay at this property. Had a blast in the pool and everything about directions was easy. Clean and inviting home in a nice neighborhood. Would recommend to any family!

Beautiful house with a pool

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, located in a convenient area close to Geneva State Park. We loved the pool and outdoor area in general. Communication with the host was very easy, quick, and pleasant. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this house as well as the host!

The house was just like the pictures. The pool was great . There wasn't as many chairs as in the pictures but that's a minor issue. Would definitely go back and recommend to others.

The house was very clean, easy to find, and very quiet at night. My only criticism is an odor of moth balls in the house, which got less noticeable when we brewed coffee. Otherwise, a fantastic stay!

Madison on the lake

We had a great three day week-end stay in Madison. The home is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe. Our grandson really enjoyed the heated pool. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Relaxing Lake retreat

Wonderful place to stay. Communication was great! Location was nice to get away from the busy part of Geneva. Close walk to the lake, stores near by and a golf course under a mile away. Having a pool was an added bonus. Enjoyed our time in Madison! n. an

Fantastic all the way around

The house is very spacious but provides an easy going coziness as well. The pool was a great feature to take advantage of and was well kept and maintained. Everything from an amenity standpoint was well provided and clean. Would definitely recommend and would definitely come back when in the area!

Cottage with private pool

This property was exactly what we were looking for. It’s exactly as advertised, extremely clean, easy access to Geneva on the Lake, excellent and fast communication with Evan and the pool was well kept. We had no issues whatsoever and we would recommend this property to anyone. What a great place.
