A weekend at this deluxe getaway promises unforgettable memories! Step into this brand-new, luxury cabin offering the highest level of comfort in a beautiful modern rustic setting. We do.not allow parties!

- Sleeps 4 comfortably in King beds, with room for 6 (including 2 twin blow up mattresses and 1 playpen).

- Avoid downtown traffic with an easy 6-minute drive before reaching downtown.

**Fireworks Prohibited: ** Enjoy a peaceful atmosphere without the disturbance of fireworks.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Spray carpets with pet stain remover under the sink if your pet caused a stain to avoid extra fees. (Please check, as our maids do not clean pet waste, and a professional service will be called. )
Floor mats and the pack and play need to be put away
Start a load of towels
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No pets are allowed unless the pet has been added and paid. Violation of this rule is grounds for eviction.
No loud noises outside past 11 PM. Please be respectful of other cabins. Have fun! Enjoy your time at Sweet Caroline's.
No parties or smoking or you will be evicted! No smoking includes the front and back patio as it comes in the house.

A local told us that Spring Break is the beginning of the busy season for them. Good to know for future trips!The cabin was great! Fully appointed, and many extras! All you need to do is bring some food and you’re all set! Stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and blankets, and little extras that made our stay more enjoyable.We used this trip as a decompression getaway and it did not disappoint. Relaxing nights in the hot tub, followed by days of doing absolutely nothing. This cabin was perfect for just… being.Well done!

The pictures don’t do this cabin justice! It’s stunning! And the cleanliness is superb! We had the most amazing 5 days here and wished we could have stayed longer. The food in town is delicious. Hiking at beavers Bend was just what we needed. This place is secluded and you have so much peace & quiet. The porch swing I miss… drinking coffee and listening to nature! They had coffee stocked & syrups… a whole coffee bar basically!! They really went out extra for their guest! Thank you for being amazing host!

We had such a wonderful stay at this cabin! It was the perfect mix of cozy and upscale—beautifully decorated, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The outdoor space was incredible; we loved relaxing by the fire pit in the evenings and enjoying our morning coffee on the deck surrounded by the trees.It was also great for our family (and our pup!)—plenty of room to spread out, comfortable beds, and close to all the Broken Bow restaurants, trails, and activities we wanted to do. The owners were so friendly and responsive, and it’s clear they’ve put a lot of love into making the place feel special.We can’t recommend this cabin enough and would absolutely stay here again for another relaxing escape!

Sweet Caroline’s Cabin in Broken Bow is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The cabin is spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need from kitchen essentials to cozy blankets by the fireplace. The layout is perfect for families or couples, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The outdoor area is a highlight — fire pit for s’mores, and a big deck surrounded by trees that make you feel tucked away in nature. It’s close to restaurants, Beavers Bend State Park, and Hochatown attractions, yet still peaceful and quiet. We loved the extras the owner provided to make it special, like s’mores, snacks/popcorn, coffee and syrups, etc. The hot tub and back porch was amazing! Our family operates over 4 properties in multiple states, with 2 exciting new additions - two treehouse cabins - coming in the summer of 2024 to Gatlinburg TN. We're passionate about hosting and love to make ourselves available to cater to your needs throughout your stay.

Allow us to introduce ourselves: we're a family of three, with a delightful 5-year-old daughter named Caroline. Alongside her, we have three furry companions who keep us super busy.

When we're not busy hosting, you can find us indulging in our favorite activities. We're avid travelers who appreciate the beauty of nature, whether it's swimming at the beach or exploring the majestic mountains and hiking great trails.
