Awesome location

No surprises it was just as expected plenty of kitchen utensils the AC worked well and OMG the beds are very comfortable. Basically walk across the street to the beach very short walk absolutely everything needed for your stay many things brand new. The beach chairs are in great shape, beach towels, pots and pans nearly new very well appointed and taken care of. And did I mention clean would definitely stay there again!!!

Great experience!

We really enjoyed our stay! Hosts were kind and responsive. Condo was clean and well-stocked. Gulf place was great! Several restaurant options within walking distance. Beach was very short walk. Would definitely recommend!

Annual girls trip

This little condo was perfect for our girls weekend! Five women fit comfortably, no problem. We walked to breakfast, shopping, dinner and the beach. We will definitely be back.

Extra touches!

We loved our stay. My spouse and I really appreciated the extra thought that went into the design and decor. The condo has really comfortable beds, even the bunks! We really loved the black out shade and curtains in the bedroom! Thanks!

Lovely Vacation

Was perfect for our family of three. Short walk to the beach and local restaurants. Only complaint was bunk room could use a little fan. Gets stuffy when air kicks off, even when set at 67 degrees at night. Other than that, wonderful!

Bikini Botton is the Tops!

I don't recall a more well-appointed rental. They thought of everything we could need, and even some. helpful extras, like coffee, spices, foil, and even some laundry packets. The condo was cute, clean, and comfortable--and just the right size for the two of us to relax and enjoy the beach just across the street. The hosts were extremely easy to communicate with when we had a question. We can't wait to come back and enjoy their place by the sea!

I always enjoy my stay at 30A. This place was very cute and well furnished. You could tell they had recently remodeled and it was clean, just as all the reviews mention. It is extremely convenient near all the good places to eat such that you never have to drive you can walk. I love that. There was a problem with the sliding glass door sticking, and the owners had recently had repaired, but was having difficulty again, so we were unable to open the sliding glass door for fear of not being able to close it. I was surprised there were no white wash cloths - only the black ones, and we did have to request more which were quickly made available. Also, I believe the ad said there was a Britta water filter, but in actuality there was a pitcher about a quarter of the way full of water. The sleeper sofa didn’t have any bedding in the closet, so that was not usable. There was a small bottle of wine and I thought that was a nice touch. all in all I think this was a nice place and the owners were very nice. What they could do better is maybe have some bottled water available for their guest since there’s not a Brita water filter and make sure that necessities are amply supplied, especially rags, towels, and bedding. This could be a problem with staff? All in all I would give them a 4.2.
