Yes, we just put it on the market, we are hoping to snag a 3-4 bedroom home in the same area, and fix up the yard just the same or better!! But we may just buy another and hold on to this piece of waterfront Bluffton Paradise.

Just a follow up, we have the glade plug in to aid in the marsh tide smell that sometimes can occur at really low tide, since the home is marsh water front, it’s subject to that, and people traveling to the low country may not know this, so we install the glade to give the home a fresh scent all year. Sorry it wasn’t to your liking, simple fix by unplugging. Bottle cap you said you found could’ve been from cleaners cap on cleaning bottles, possibly, sorry for them leaving it out on the bed by accident. We talked to them and they said it could’ve been there mistake and they were sorry. Our office person Hayden reached out to you because the waiver to be signed, can’t be done through Vrbo since it’s not home related and it’s an add on due to county and state regulations through our insurance company, mostly to keep you and me the homeowner safe in a slight chance you had an accident while operating the Golf Cart outside of the confines of our property. Which is what most people do by driving down to the neighborhood beach or in to town to get supper. Sorry she didn’t list her full name. I believe I addressed all your concerns private message and you understood everything via our conversation the day and day after you arrived, and you were alright and understood who Hayden was and why you were being contacted. Sorry the paperwork wasn’t sent to you a week prior to your arrival, as this was an oversight by my office staff and they were given warning of this was not acceptable, and was insured it wouldn’t happen again. Glad you had a wonderful time and that you could enjoy the golf cart and ride around town and see all the sights!! Bluffton is a wonderful vacation spot our family has enjoyed over the years and we are happy to of shared our piece of Bluffton with your Family!!
