Bourbon trail and Keeneland Stay

Our group of 14 absolutely loved our stay. The accommodations were nice and spread out and provided incredible space for us all and we were not on top of each other. The bar/game room was a great space for us to relax and watch the NFL draft! We can’t wait to come back!

The property has a good layout, and is well decorated. The pans in the kitchen show a lot of wear and tear, the knives are very dull, the oven was not clean and so when we used it, it created smoke. There were spills from previous occupants that hadn’t been cleaned up. And while it is 100% our fault that our daughter forgot a packing cube in a dresser drawer, it took 10 days of back-and-forth to get the items shipped to us. And we were charged four times as much as the postage label. We realized shortly after we left that we had forgotten something and offered to go back and pick it up or to pick it up from the mailbox, but we’re told that that was not an option.

The concerns mentioned were not reported as urgent during the stay, and no photos or supporting documentation were provided at the time. Our home is professionally cleaned and inspected before every check-in, and no such issues were identified during turnover. Some of the observations appear to be situational rather than indicative of ongoing concerns. If anything had been formally raised with clear documentation during the stay, our team would have addressed it promptly. We've also completed an additional inspection following your checkout to reconfirm that the home meets our standards. Regarding the forgotten item, this was acknowledged as left behind, and we followed our standard process to coordinate and return it as soon as arrangements allowed. We consistently maintain high standards across our stays, and we encourage future guests to review our overall track record for a more complete and accurate picture of the experience we provide.
