We are excited to host you at The 1904 Manor! To ensure a great stay for everyone, please follow these house rules:
📍 GUEST ACCESS
✔ Guests have full access to the entire home, except for designated owner’s closets.
✔ Each bedroom includes a guest closet for your convenience.
🐾 PET POLICY
✔ Up to 2 dogs allowed (maximum weight: 50 lbs each).
✔ Pet fee: $195 for the first dog, $150 for the second.
✔ Please refer to the rental agreement for full pet guidelines.
⏳ CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
✔ Check-in: After 4:00 PM (self-check-in with smart lock).
✔ Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
🎭 DURING YOUR STAY
