Relax in this home located in a quiet and safe neighborhood 8.9 miles North of Bryant Denny Stadium. Enjoy a fenced-in heated in-ground pool and convenient location near restaurants, grocery, shopping, and campus.
The space
Downstairs there is a King bedroom and an attached bathroom with shower/tub combo and double sinks.
Bedroom 2 is a King room, with a Queen in the separate sleeping annex. Bedroom 3 is a king room. The annex room is converted attic space with a wall, door, and its own vent tied in to the central heat/air, but it do es not have windows.
Other things to note
Heating the pool is an additional charge of $85 per day. It begins24 hours prior to your arrival and lasts the duration of your stay. Please inquire to do so. **Please do not mess with the heater yourself.
