A cute little studio perfect for someone looking for a home away from home. All the comforts of home and quick access to all central Phoenix has to offer. Private gate leads to studio. Newly renovated. A kitchen with a two burner stove and refridgerator. A couch that turns into a Day bed for two twin beds in the common area along with the Queen bed in the sleep area there is room for a small family.

I am orginally from Ventura, CA but I have lived in Phoenix for the past ten years. I am a 'host mother' every school year to two foreign exchange students. I enjoy hospitality and value the experiences that people have in my care. I am prior military was a medic in the Army it definitely balances my personality.
Why they chose this property
We are located in Uptown Phoenix all the resturants, bars, activities, and stadiums are a short walk or short drive away. I had the entire unit built with this rental in mind. I want people to feel like they have been given a space to relax even if they are traveling for work.
