Breathtaking Mountain View, Close to Everything yet tucked away in the woods.

Asheville needs visitors. As you probably already know, Asheville was hugely affected by Hurricane Helene. Asheville is trying to build our town back but need the help of out-of-town guests. Without tourist's local restaurants, artists, breweries, etc. won't be able to stay afloat.
We are a small family-owned business and need help too. Stay with us. Our rental is available and ready to take on visitors.

Please THOROUGHLY read all of the property description to ensure this property will meet your needs BEFORE booking.

WE TAKE CLEANING AND SANITZING OUR RENTAL VERY SERIOUSLY. WE ALWAYS USE LYSOL AND WIPE EVERYTHING DOWN. THIS IS A NORMAL CLEANING ROUTINE FOR US. WE ARE MAKING SURE EVERYTHING SUCH AS DOORKNOBS, TV REMOTES, LIGHT SWITCHES, ETC. ARE BEING SANITIZED LIKE NORMAL AS WELL.

This Property is one of a kind. Breathtaking Mountain View inside and outside the rental.

This listing is owned and managed by a family. This is not a large company rental. It has a peaceful setting in the Blue Ridge Mountains with privacy and beautiful long-range view. Private, in the mountain woods, yet close to everything Asheville has to offer including Downtown Asheville, Biltmore House and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

The Main Floor has a full working kitchen and a table for two. There are 2 bar stools on the kitchen island, and 2 other kitchen chairs to bring into the kitchen if need be.
Kitchen includes, Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge, Sink, toaster, electric kettle, Coffee pot (12-cup), and kcup machine. We also provide Dish soap, dishwashing pods, Hand soap, Kitchen towels, Paper Towels, Coffee Filters, and napkins.
The living room is right when you come into the front door. The mountain views from the living room are breathtaking. Living room has a couch, a recliner and a chair. There is a Tv set up in the living room with cable. Working gas fireplace. Turned on early/late fall, winter, into early spring.
The Hall bath is a full bathroom. With a shower/tub. It is on the main living area.
The Master Bedroom is on the main living area. It has a King size bed (we provide linens) and a tv with cable.
The Master Bathroom is a full bathroom, with a shower. We will provide towels and washcloths for each guest. Also, will provide enough toilet paper for a few days.

The 2nd floor is a sleeping loft:
A spiral staircase will take you to this level. Make sure you can climb stairs.
Up in the loft is a large area with a queen, and 2 twin beds.
A TV is also in the loft with cable.

Entrance to the rental:
*Please notice in the pictures the stairs leading up to the rental. * Make sure you can climb stairs before booking.

DOGS:
We love dogs but have some guidelines. BEFORE BOOKING please check with us and give us a description of your dogs (type, size, age, temperament, house trained, etc.) There is a pet fee for each dog. Please get approval before booking if you are trying to bring dogs.

*Extra Guests- The number of guests on your reservation is the number of guests allowed at the rental at any time. If your number of guests doesn't exceed 5 and you have a last-minute guest joining you, or you will be having friends or family come over to visit, please notify us for approval.
*We price our rental to make it affordable for a single couple, even though it will sleep up to five people. After 2 guests we charge a fee for each guest for each night.

No more than 5 guests are allowed at the rental at any time.

No PARTIES at the rental. We expect everyone to respect our rental.

There are 3 TVs with cable. And unlimited WIFI. If you need to work from home this rental may NOT be the best for you. Internet works well but can be slow due to being in the mountains and in the woods.

Outside we have a fire pit. You will need to provide your own wood.
There is an electric grill only at the rental. If you use it, you are responsible for cleaning it.

By the parking we have an outdoor camera.

Here are some things that make this rental unique and special. The inside is vaulted with one bedroom on the main floor, and spiral staircase leading to a large loft area. There is nearly 1,000 square feet of living area with mountain views from the large living room window. The interior is beautiful yet designed for comfort. This rental contains all hickory hardwood flooring, tiled baths, concrete kitchen counter tops and wood trim throughout that has been cut and used from the property.

The landscaping was designed to sustain the natural wildlife in the area. The area has a complete assortment of wildlife such as black bears, wild turkeys and a variety of birds.

Bob (who has retired) the owner has been a General Contractor and Realtor for over 25 years. Building over 100 homes in the area.

Why they chose this property

This is by far one of the most beautiful parts of the mountains that surround Asheville. It is truly a very private area and 1.5 miles to the City Limits.
