Newly updated & furnished home just a minute walk from beautiful Seabrook Beach! This cozy year-round home has 4 beds/2 baths, sleeps 10, and has parking for up to 5 cars on 2 lots!

Head to the beach with our supplied beach wagon, cooler, beach chairs, umbrella and toys. Enjoy sunsets from a private patio with an outdoor shower and grill.

5 min walk to famous local restaurants (Brown’s, Markey’s, 12 Ocean Grill, Dunlap's Ice Cream & Tripoli). 10 min drive to attractions in Hampton, Salisbury and the Brook Casino.

Our comfortable home has everything you need for a relaxing stay, including:

2 large upstairs bedrooms: 1 King, 2 Full beds, 3/4 bath. Downstairs bedrooms include: 1 Queen, 2 Twin beds, 3/4 bath (3D tour link in photos).

High speed WiFi, 2 TV’s with RoKu, large dining table, board games.

Kitchen - Refrigerator (ice maker & water dispenser), mini fridge, dishwasher, coffee pot + Keurig, toaster, cookware, cooking utensils, cups, bowls, plates, glasses, silverware, dishwasher detergent, garbage disposal, paper towels.

Bed/Baths - Bedding, towels, wash cloths, body wash/shampoo, blow dryer, toilet paper.

This beautiful beach house was perfect for our family! We were able to walk to the beach, drive to many small towns, and hang out and relax in the sunroom or outdoor patio. Check in was easy and the host was great with communication.

July stay at Sunshine House

Great location, comfortable space, beautifully decorated, It had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Owners were great about sharing details about what was included before we arrived. Would highly recommend.

Sunshine House

The Sunshine house is aptly named. It is a bright, cheery, spacious home, just a short walk to the beautiful shoreline of Seabrook Beach! It has a beautiful patio area for outdoor dining, a great grill and space for all of your beach gear. The owner was very easy to communicate with and surprised us with a Welcome Basket!

Best Beach Vacation!

We had an absolute blast at your house! It was so clean, spacious and close to the beach! We had kids from 10-17 and everything was easy and accessible. It was decorated so well and everything functioned perfectly. ZERO complaints, we really hope to come back again! THANK YOU!

Great place, good location

The house is very well located, the beach is just a few step away. We slept 6 adults and 4 children confortably, but the living area seemed a bit crowded :). The patio is great and has all you need for a enjoyable meal. The house is on the main road, it is a bit noisy in the room upstairs. Overall, we had a great stay and the hosts are very nice and responsive.

Family Reunion

Sunshine House is a beautiful place for a family reunion. We came from Colorado and joined our families coming from Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts. The house is large with plenty of sleeping room for all of us. We loved the location to the beach as well as how the house was stocked with beach "stuff" (chairs, toys, towels, and a wagon to transport it all). Diana is a wonderful host and communicated with us for an easy check in and questions.

Seashells by the Seashore

This is a brand new rehab of an older home so it has the vintage charm coupled with fresh soft beachy color palette, light sandwashed or white finish on modern furnishings. Kudos to the decorator! Lots of windows for natural light; my favorite room is the porch! My favorite place to sit is on the outdoor swing! The owners managed to pack a lot of amenities in the little enclosed side yard and we enjoyed them all. The only downside to the house is the Rt. 1A road noise. My husband and I slept in the downstairs queen bedroom and we had to have the window ac on to drown out the traffic. That worked fine and we slept well. I recommend 12 Ocean for good food and reasonable prices.

Celia rented our beach house for a week this summer and was a fantastic guest! She was easy to communicate with leading up to and during her stay. She kept the house very neat and left everything in great condition. We highly recommend her to other hosts and would love to have her and her family back for future stays.
