Five bedroom, three bathroom house in the Seabrook Beach Village District. Home is located just a short walk to a beautiful family friendly beach. Enjoy one of the many local restaurants within walking distance from the house. You can also enjoy the restaurants and entertainment that Hampton Beach has to offer. The famous Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom and Seashell stage are just about a mile walk from the house. This unit is located on the second floor and is not handicap accessible. There are two dedicated parking spots.

This was located in a very neighborhood friendly area. We stayed in the off season so we don’t get to the beach but it is very close within walking distance. We didn’t do any cooling but did notice kitchen was equipped to do so. The home was exactly as described. Bedrooms were extremely comfortable. It did rain a night and the hosts had some games available that helped us pass the time. We needed for nothing and the check in experience could not have gone any smoother. Definitely would stay here again. Thank you to the hosts for your hospitality.

The rental property was clean and spacious. However, it smells like cigarette smoke because of the excessive smoking from the individuals living in the downstairs unit. I had to wash all ouclean close that were hung in the closet because of the Smokey smell. Also, the four bedroom upstairs rental unit only allows two very narrow parking spaces, while the downstairs unit utilizes three wide spaces that could easily fit at least five cars. For the amount of money the property costs to rent, it is not worth the money.

Great house for everything we needed for our week's stay in Seabrook. Owners were responsive to all our questions, and check-in was seamless. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the house was situated in a great location, offering easy access to the beach and a short walk to Hampton Beach. Would consider for future beach vacations.

Really liked the house. Thank you for providing extra chairs, table on deck, beach chairs, propane for gas grill. The house was a good size for our family of ten. The info on the master suite was misleading. I believe the description called for two queen beds and one was a futon bed, barely a double size. One of the moms ended up sleeping on the couch. Overall, a very nice stay. Thank you.

Very spacious and clean.The private beach was great. Fishing charters are within walking distance. Short walk to Hampton. The fireworks were great. We will definitely be reaching out again.

Wedding getaway!

We all came from Colorado for a wedding in Portsmouth. Had a great location next to the beach, easy access, a clean house and when we needed something Laurie was available via phone to help us out, no waiting for the email reply. Such a neat place, will be booking again!
