The hosts were great at answering our questions prior to our arrival and were very accomodating. The property was close enough to walk to Broadway in about 10 min. The condo had everything you could need, but we ate out and did't really utilize the kitchen. The only thing I would add is a safe. I would recommend for 2 people or 2 adults with kids. Not real private sleeping areas for adults. Worked great for us as a couple!

Jessica and Tyler are wonderful hosts. They think of everything. We were there during the ice storm of a century and they provided updates while we drove about the power situation. They offered an alternative location when they couldn’t get the place cleaned due to road conditions. The location is perfect for walking everywhere. They are not only friendly but organized and a joy to work with.

Great spot to enjoy the Nashville experience. Easy walk to Broadway and back. Great upscale restaurant (Husk) right next door. Great communication made check in a snap! Will definitely stay here again when we return to Nashville!
